THEY DONT HAVE NETFLIX, THEY DON’T GIVES US INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO CALL FOR ROOM SERVICES , SO I HAVE TO GO DOWN ASK FOR TOWELS, THE FURNITURE IS OLD ,PLUS THE CARD OF MY ROOM , DON’T OPEN MY ROOM ,SO I HAVE TO ASK AGAIN IN RECEPTIONS TO ACTIVATE MY ROOM CARD . WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE HONESTLY COLIMA WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH BOOKING AND THE REASON TO STOP 🛑 USING THIS APP.

Nice and will be nicer when remodel is complete.
Pros:

I was there for a wedding, the location was great. I would have prefered a room on the other side of the highway as I am a light sleeper. Staff was kind. The restaurant next door was yummy. Unfortunately they are remodeling their own restaurant so I left and had breakfast elsewhere. I am sure as they continue to update it will become an even lovelier place.

Cons:

Street noise is easy to overcome if you ask for a room overlooking the pool.

The hotel met the safety needs for my family in Colima
Pros:

I did not have meals. The location is good. The front desk was very helpful. Not sure the age of the building, an interior and exterior painting refresh would make it more welcoming and the market window appealing. Parking garage was full with grupo carso company service cars. Room bedding sheets were outdated
