Nice Stay!
Pros:

The size of the pool
5* Breakfast
Valet Service
Double Access from City and the Beach
The Beach Club/Lounge was great
Very Comfy beds and large rooms with lots of amenities
Location was perfect
In House Buddha Bar Restaurant

Cons:

The super long wait to check in and confusion over hotel policies (Also happened during checkout)
The super long wait to get luggage brought to the room (Communication mix up between hotel departments)
Some of the pool edges need refurbishment as it could be harmful to kids and adults
Invoicing department effectiveness to send the invoice (took me 4 phone calls to get the invoice which turned out to be for just one room out of the 2 I booked)

Il faudrait mettre un tapis sous les chaises des terrasses car elles font beaucoup de bruit
