Convenient lane and location yet very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. You have Currency exchange, sim, massage, eateries next to the hotel. I booked the family room which had a balcony so lot of ventilation. Room was very clean.
The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice, and the location was excellent for exploring Hanoi. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay.
The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t stay longer because the hotel was fully booked and they didn’t have a room available for me.

The rooms are a good size. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are well designed. The breakfast are delicious. The staff are adorable, very helpful and reactive.

The noise from the outside
Ideally located a block from the main lake. Bustling small street, but not noisy. Tiny hotel (5th floor only 2 rooms). Wonderful, friendly staff and good breakfast

Çalışanlarım hepsi çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle kahvaltıdaki servis yapan arkadaş çok ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısıda oldukça doyurucu ve tekrar isteyebiliyordunuz. Konumu mükemmeldi önemli noktalara birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesindedir.
Ama en önemli sorun temizlikti. Çok kötüydü. Oda perde yatak banyo tuvalet dolap hepsi çok pisti. Ama çalışanlar harikaydı.

The staff were so lovely. Very friendly and informative. Great english language skills. The location is perfect. Quiet and right beside the lake, plenty of eateries and cafes nearby. At evenings they close off the street to cars so just bear that in mind if arriving later in the evening with luggage.
