Excellent stay in Hanoi
Pros:

Very nice stay in the centre of Hanoi and walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake and places of interest, restaurants, night market. Excellent location! Although is very central, the street is not noisy and rooms are quiet. The rooms are very nicely decorated, large bed, breakfast is very nice, clean hotel and very friendly staff. Recommended!

Отличное расположение отеля, самый центр, очень доброжелательный персонал который помогал по всем вопросам, завтраки хорошие если не надолго, дополнительно спрашивали сыр и овощи к завтракам, если просто заказывать по меню их не подают.Номерной фонт уже конечно старенький.Вообще хороший отель за эти деньги, магазины достопримечательности, кафешки, лавки, маркеты все рядом.

We would stay here again though.
Pros:

Location and staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful.
Ella was so nice and helpful.
Breakfast was really good too!

Cons:

Small hotel/rooms and dining room is small, at breakfast time sometimes we had to share our table which can be awkward.
