La ubicación es lo mejor
No sé porque me ponían jabones usados
El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, el personal del restaurante es muy servicial, el desayuno estaba bien
El aseo de las habitaciones no era el mejor, el aso de los baños era muy malo, no cambiaban las toallas a diario a pesar que estaba lloviendo mucho y estaba haciendo mucho frio, las toallas aun estaban mojadas del dia anterior, no lavaban la ducha ni el lavacaras
La ubicación, el trato del personal y las instalaciones
No me pude hospedar porque cuando llegué me dijeron que habian sobrevendido las habitaciones y que me iban a reubicar en otro hotel con el cual tenían convenio, pero ese hotel no incluia el desayuno, asi que tuve una muy mala experiencia.

El piso chillaba mucho y el elevador se atoraba, aparte a cada rato preguntaban si requería servicio de limpieza interrumpiendo la privacidad y preguntando si ya haría check-out

The location was fantastic. Convenient to Chapultepec area and Forum Buenavista transport hub. Lots of eateries around. Amazing buffet breakfast. very comfy large bed with topper. Good facilities including wifi. Nice building.

La atención del personal fue muy atenta y amable, el desayuno estaba muy rico y la ubicación genial
Los días que estuvo lloviendo entraba un olor como a cañería por el baño que era demasiado fuerte
En general es bueno pero pero es importante considerar que es un hotel "sencillo"
Había algunos detalles de limpieza en el Hotel como cabellos y algunos muebles sucios, el agua de la regadera solo salió caliente 1 vez de los 4 días que estuvimos
