حجزت شقة بغرفتين نوم كانت واسعة ونظيفة وتصلح للعائلة. الطاقم ودود في التعامل ولما كلمتهم على كذا مشكلة في الشقة على طول جوا وصلحوها. الموقع ممتاز جدا قريب من كل شيء لانه قريب من الشارع الرئيسي لباتونغ. مطعم القاهرة قبال الفندق لو حبيت تأكل اكل عربي فيه كل شيء وجلسته جميلة..موجودة بقالة 7/11 قريبة برضو.
صراحة اكثر شيء تعبنا في الشقة ان عندهم نظام مركب في السقف مثل الحساس للحركة اذا ما فيه حركة يطفي المكيف وهذا سوا لنا مشكلة عند النوم خاصة في غرفة النوم الثانية حرفيا كل نصف ساعة احتاج ان اتحرك وكثير من الأحيان ما يضبط فاحتاح اقوم وافتح النافذة لان هي برضوا عليها سنسر حساس اي فتح لها يطفي المكيف. وشيء ثاني الحمامات الابواب حقها ما تتقفل نظامها باب سحاب وياليت يتسكر زين مثله مثل النوافذ فيها فراغ في الاطار حقها يخليك تسمع كل شيء في الشارع. وبرضو الستاير ما تعزل اي ضوء حتى اضواء المحلات في الشارع وقت الليل..كان النوم متعب في الشقة..اتمنى انهم يصلحوا هذه المشاكل واتوقع بتكون لي زيارة لو فعلا تعاملوا بجدية مع المشاكل.

Très bien climatisée
Prix élevé par rapport y’a 2 ans, lit pas du tout confortable lit pas moelleux mais très dur j’ai du me plaindre ils ont mis un couvre matelas mais bon.
Le personnel était juste incroyable , un grand merci à Aza qui c’est super bien occupé de moi et de ma femme

a very big thank you to all wonderful staff at ashlee heights they are so kind looked after me while i had a most pleasant 2 week holiday perfect location great rooms excellent food second time i have and thank you for the wonderful fruit platter you made me see you all again next year

Nice location
Rome towels not change by 3 days. When we call for change than change.swimming pool was dirty.
The service was extremely poor. I was asked to wait nearly three hours for a room change, but was not allowed to stay in my room and had to wait in the lobby instead. I was told to return at 2 PM, but only received the new room key at 3 PM.
Housekeeping was not done at all, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Additionally, the staff displayed poor attitudes throughout my stay.
I will not be returning.
