Cons:

Prix élevé par rapport y’a 2 ans, lit pas du tout confortable lit pas moelleux mais très dur j’ai du me plaindre ils ont mis un couvre matelas mais bon.

Poor service
Pros:

The service was extremely poor. I was asked to wait nearly three hours for a room change, but was not allowed to stay in my room and had to wait in the lobby instead. I was told to return at 2 PM, but only received the new room key at 3 PM.

Housekeeping was not done at all, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Additionally, the staff displayed poor attitudes throughout my stay.

I will not be returning.
