The location. The breakfast was good.
The staff are unprofessional and not friendly. The rooms and hallway have a certain horrible smell. The room including the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Don’t recommend this hotel. They don’t care for your comfort.

Was told that they didn’t take my card and instead of refunding the manager stated “It’s a holiday and i’m on vacation.” totally disregarding my issue. Also proceeded to tell me that I am not able to get a refund even though they do not take my form of payment. Refused to do anything about it.

Couldn't swim cuz gates had locks on them in Sunny weather, couch in room was worn out and slumped in the middle, As soon as checked in, the fridge in room wasn't working and they had to immediately replace it, toilet wouldn't flush hardly and water pressure in shower wasn't very good

Locatie was goed we wilde nog voor we terug gingen naar Nederland shoppen. Mall en Walmart zijn om de hoek.
Te smerig voor woorden. Ik had nieuwe sokken aan die waren wit en na een uur waren ze zwart. Tapijt is volgens mij nog nooit schoongemaakt en er hangt een schimmelgeur. Echt smerig gewoon

Furniture could use a refresh. Some wear and tear. Sofa decorative pillows could use a steam cleaning.

I LOVED EVERYTHING..JUST CHANGE BREAKFAST MENU...ITS WAS THE SAME BREAKFAST THE THREE DAYS I STAYED..
The staff was very friendly and the location is great.
The bed was not comfortable for me.
