イベント会場に近くて便利でした。
Pros:

イベント会場に近くて一階にファミレスがあってとても便利で良かったです。エアコンやお風呂の水回り古くなっているので水漏れがあるかもときちんとお知らせを掲示してくれていて良かったですよ！

Cons:

ただテレビ台の上や洗面台棚等棚上にホコリがあったのが残念でした。

Cons:

とにかく臭かった。排水溝から今まで酷すぎてもこんなに臭うことはなかったです。お風呂にも入りたくないしタオルも使いたくない状況だったのでとりあえず、全ての栓をしたが、それでも臭いました。

駅にもライブ会場にも近くて便利だった。

Cons:

とにかく狭い。トイレに入ると目の前が壁です。ダブルベットで２名での利用でしたが部屋が狭すぎて通るのに一苦労でした。
