die unterkunft war super gemütlich und der Besitzer ist total freundlich gewesen. die lage ist auch einwandfrei und man hat einen tollen ausblick über die berge!

Great value for family stay but need maintenance
Pros:

Great location, quite enough and shops and restaurants close by. We are a family of three and our teenage son had his own room which was a nice size and spacious. Staff members are all friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

They could clean and keep maintaining their hotel would be better. I found dirty spot in bathroom or window, restaurant table mat hadn’t changed so I could see food stains etc. We spend many hotels as old as the hotel, but it’s possible to a lot more attractive if you clean carefully. Breakfast was very limited. Wifi was shockingly bad, kept dropping in our room. I had to go down to the restaurant to get the decent connection. The hotel should be better with a bit of effort in every single aspects.

good budget stay in a good location
Pros:

quadruple room was very spacious, with two actual rooms. facilities functional but a bit old. staff was supportive.

Cons:

location is up a slightly steep hill (which was only an issue for my 75+ parents). elevator access only from the 1st floor (not ground level). some rooms had mouldy/musty smell issue. some windows could not be opened and some did not seal properly.

فندق رائع و الموظفين ودودين جدا و الموقع ممتاز , فقط انصح بالاهتمام بطريقة غسل الشراشف و المناشف و استخدام معطر غسيل

الشراشف و المناشف كانت نظيفه لكن تفوح منها رائحه عفونه حاولت تبدلها اكثر من مره ولكن كنت اشم دائما نفس الرائحه

In the Center but quiet
Pros:

The location is great, just a few steps to SunWorld, walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is quiet and has restaurants and their food is great. The staffs are kind, ver responsive to inquiries. The room and toilet is spacious and clean.

Cons:

The towel provided smells and seems not cleaned well, the bed sheets , the blanket and pillows smells bad too.

Staff were exceptional.
Location was just perfect.
Restaurant served good food and drinks.
Loved having the balcony looking down the street to Sapa, I felt high in the clouds and when the clouds sweep in and by so fast it was lovely sat on the balcony!

Cons:

Came back on the third night and the room smelt a little drainy (drains)..... it needs to be said it had rained for nearly 48hrs solid.
A hole (gap) in the bathroom doorframe / floor which i had to fill with toilet roll (just to prevent any little pesky creatures). Funny thing was, i had to refill 1/2 of it every 24hrs....... really odd.... where did the other half keep going?
Don't let this put you off; the hotel was amazing and I would 100% stay again 🙂
