Pros:

Rent o välstädat. Lagom avstånd till centrum och den mycket trevligare restaurangen på bottenvåningen, kanon service på den restaurangen!

Cons:

När jag kom mötes jag av en mycket trevlig kvinna som erbjöd hjälp med att boka alla möjligt, dagen efter kom hon inte o jag kunde inte få hjälp med någonting!

Good for a short stay. Clean and kind staff.
Pros:

We only stayed one night after the overnight sleeper bus. We were able to check in at 0600 hrs am, till 12:00 hrs noon. Which was perfect for the purpose. For us not hotel for full holiday but good over 1-2 days stay.

Cons:

Bit dated interior, at least room 201.
Anyhow clean an sufficient towels.

Pros:

Location was great , lovely views of the mountain , away from the main village and room is spacious and bed comfy
Staff friendly and breakfast tasty

Pros:

Overall location was nice and quiet. Far from the city noise. Located near the Sun Plaza. Attached is the front and the view from my room. Beds were hard and yet comfy. Had a good sleep.

Cons:

Nothing to complain. Good to stay if you are on a budget.

Sentralt, men litt tilbaketrukket. God restaurant rett ved siden av hotell.

Cons:

Generelt veldig nedslitt, både rommet og badet. Ingen fungerende lys ved seng, enten spotlights eller ingenting. Vann overalt på badet, men dette ser man på mange hoteller i Vietnam. Svært bråkete med lastebil som holdt på en time midt på natten, rett utenfor soveromsvinduet

Hôtel de charme idéalement situé
Pros:

L'hôtel est super bien placé, à quelques pas de la place centrale, proche des restos et de l'animation, tout en étant un peu isolé en hauteur, j'ai trouvé ça parfait !
La literie est très confortable, et la vue de ma chambre avec balcon (601, upgrade cadeau) était superbe.
La chambre est très spacieuse, avec petit frigo. Un peu vieillotte, dans son jus certains diraient, mais cela lui donne beaucoup de charme !
Le personnel était très serviable et accueillant.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel, quoi que cher, peut dépanner, la nourriture y est très bonne.

Cons:

C'est un détail, mais l'isolation sonore n'est pas super, on entend vraiment beaucoup les occupants des chambres adjacentes.
Note aux personnes avec des gros bagages ou ayant du mal à monter des escaliers : il y a une grande volée d'escalier à monter pour rejoindre l'ascenseur qui n'est qu'au 2e étage.
