We arrived at the accommodation at 8 am and had an early check-in. The receptionist was very pleasant and smiling. The accommodation was in a very nice location.

Cons:

Our only problem was with the air conditioning, which sometimes lacked power, but it cannot be said that it affected our stay in any way.

Sa Pa, meraviglia vietnamita!
Pros:

Hotel dotato di tutti i comfort, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni Sun Plaza di Sa Pa. Nelle vicinanze bar, ristoranti e minimarket. Colazione inclusa (anche dolce), ottimo wifi e personale super gentile e premuroso. Saluti dall'Italia e grazie 🇮🇹❤️🇻🇳

Pros:

I was a long time customer and return every 1-2 years. The lobby with welcome frint desk was a plus point in the past. Now, it has small entrance and a weird entry to room.
