Simplesmente fantástico!
Pros:

Pros:

Maravilloso! Limpieza extraordinaria. Cama y almohadas súper limpias y cómodas. Regadera maravillosa, el agua y temperatura excelente! La ubicación perfecta para explorar el Born. El personal muy atento.

Pros:

Hotel is very stylish and exactly like in the pictures. Very well maintained. Room was very clean and daily cleaning was made everyday very well.
Breakfast itself was well made and delicious. Although the selection is not very large there is still at least one very well made option in every classic breakfast category.

Cons:

Mini bar wasn’t restocked in any of the days.

When making the reservation there was two options to make the reservation without a breakfast and with a breakfast. I paid the more pricier option with the breakfast. That’s important factor to understand my disappointment.
On the first morning there was no orange juice. Personally I don’t drink coffee and I drink every morning orange juice. That was quite disappointing but understandable. I ate that morning the breakfast with Coca Cola for extra cost. The waiter told me that tomorrow there would be definitely orange juice. I believed that. Next morning came and the same waiter told me that there is no orange juice. If the waiter would have told me that he isn’t sure if there will be orange juice the next morning I would have bought my own. That morning I didn’t eat the breakfast at all. I went to the reception to get a refund for one breakfast which in my opinion would have been reasonable because the waitress lied to me the other morning.
To my surprise the receptionist who just had started working there told me that she needs to ask for help from someone else who has worked there longer. That person told me straight away that they aren’t able do any refunds because the reservation is made on booking. com. I told him that I know that is a big fat lie, I have a small hotel and use also booking. com so I know for a fact that a hotel can give any amounts of refunds for any reason on booking. com if they want to. After that the story changed that their policy is not to give any refunds no matter what. I asked him if he knows why I am asking for a refund and he told me no he didn’t hear the story. So I explained and he told me that because the breakfast was included on the price he can’t give me a refund. I would understand that if they only offered one price with breakfast but there was a price with the breakfast and also without. After a long talk he refunded me under 10€ for a two drinks I took from the mini bar.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad.
Pros:

Locatie, mooie kamers, dakterras met zwembad, leuke bar en super bartender uit Argentinië.
Servicegericht personeel.
Goed ontbijt.

Cons:

De bar ging (te) vroeg dicht voor zo’n hotel, dus moesten we naar bed na een diner.
Geen ligbedden op het dakterras bij de pool.
Het restaurant te saai voor het diner.
