Great design choice. Staff were welcoming and kind. Enjoyed the bar area and food/drink was excellent.
The pool was a bit of a scene. The person I took to be the manager was quite unpleasant and could use some lessons in hospitality. They have an 11am check-out and they tried to charge us being an hour late, which has never happened to me before in all my years of traveling.

Everyone was more than kind. Everyone was spoke was going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We did not like the room we originally booked, there was no issue to move. Everyone was more than kind. Exceptional service
