It was okay, for the price we expected better.
Pros:

Close to where we needed to be

Cons:

Bathroom needed some cosmetic work. Hot tub was not open, breakfast was mediocre. Eggs were not hot.

Good location, run down building
Pros:

Location was great, price was good

Cons:

Run down look of furniture in the hallways, broken wall liners in the elevators (both), room door stuck badly, could barely force open and close, toilet mounting bolts where loose, walls had holes and scuff marks, pool water wasn’t clear, vomit on walkway to front door, just generally not great

Checked into room at 10 pm and host was very pleasant. Room was cooled already and very clean. Was Pleasantly surprised that it served more for breakfast than what I expected.
