Fairmont Jaipur

During the high tea service, my child was eating the namkeen that was served when a large stone was found in it. Unfortunately, the stone got stuck in my child’s mouth, causing distress and creating a serious safety concern.

This incident is extremely disappointing and raises questions about the quality control and food safety standards maintained by the hotel. Such negligence could have resulted in a severe injury.

From the moment you step foot into Fairmont Jaipur, you are treated like royalty. The traditional welcome with the beating drums and rose petal shower instantly sets the tone for an incredible stay. The property itself is a architectural masterpiece, stunningly blending Mughal and Rajput grandeur against the backdrop of the Aravalli hills.

The rooms are incredibly spacious, gorgeous, and opulent—the four-poster beds and the signature pink stone bathtubs are absolute standouts. Fairmont Jaipur is a stunningly beautiful property, but what truly makes it world-class is its incredible team. The level of hospitality here is unmatched.

A huge thank you to Manali Adwani (Guest Experience Executive) for her seamless coordination, warm welcome, and for ensuring our entire stay was absolutely perfect. "Jitendra Sharma" from housekeeping for keeping our room immaculate and ensuring absolute comfort. Dining at Zoya was an absolute delight thanks to the flawless service and warmth of "Akash", "Vishal", and "Shreya". We also had a fantastic time relaxing by the water, courtesy of "Monu" and "Pradeep" at the poolside bar who took excellent care of us. To top it all off, the spa experience was incredibly rejuvenating, all thanks to "Leela's" amazing expertise.

Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Can't wait to return!

Room were awsome

It’s a beautiful property with an amazing hospitality. Right from the welcome at the gate which gives royal vibes with drums, music and rose petals showering to the check in and rooms everything made the stay brilliant.

Its like a dream situation. I loved how clean the palace is insipte of being so spread out. Considering its too far from the city i love how they keep the guests busy from all the activities.
Best was the sunset ritual which is worth experiencing but hope you wont land up in busy weekend. Loved the hotel staff from housekeeping to service from bar to front office.
Spa team needs to pull up the socks in order to serve the guests better. We were felt unwanted by one lady.. i know the name but wont name its but its was very unethical. It would have been 10 on 10 stay but i will rate 8 because of them .

A special appreciation for the chefs and culinary team- food was outstanding, with great variety, quality, and attention to detail. Was here for a stay for 6days in fairmont Jaipur.Absolutely brilliant hospitality and lovely food and ambience. A 10min fire light up every evening along with some light drinks was a cherry on the top. A great ambience and overall amazing room service.It is a must visit for someone looking for a domestic hotel with wonderful ambience and overall hospitality. We had a boy name Soumya from the house keeping department who did an amazing job at organising everything. The overall experience has been incredible and worth every penny at this beautiful hotel.
