Experiência imperdível em Jaipur
Pros:

Estar no Fairmont em Jaipur é aquele tipo de experiência que torna qualquer viagem mais memorável. Fizemos a reserva depois de pesquisar e ver muito pelas redes sociais sobre o hotel: a entrada com chuva de rosas, a experiência do pôr do sol, os shows e também toda a estrutura do hotel. E de fato, tudo incrível igual retratado nas redes. Mas sem sombra de dúvidas o que pra mim fez também parte do auge da experiência foi o atendimento do staff. Em pouco tempo eles aprendem todos seus gostos e estão sempre a frente dos seus pedidos já te oferecendo aquilo que eles sabem que você gosta. Nossos sinceros agradecimentos por toda equipe e especialmente Concierge Manipal e Punam que nos acompanhou do check in ao check out.

Cons:

Apenas a distância dos pontos turísticos e aeroporto, porém todos os grandes e melhores hoteis de Jaipur ficam mais afastados e próximos uns dos outros.

Exceptional service and hospitality
Pros:

Lovely stay at Fairmont. The compound and room were beautiful, with a great view of the hills. Staff were very kind and helpful. Many thanks to Ms Punam - service and hospitality were exceptional.

The whole experience and hospitality was delightful and very enjoying! 2 days feltv ll like absolute like home, the staff is very friendly and well-trained! Food, ambience, hospitality, pictures and good time🌟🫶🏻
While I checked out, I left a top of mine by mistake in the room, I later contacted the lost and found team by Chhagan Bairwa. He is very good at his job, talks sweetly and communicated all very very nicely🌟

Beautiful Property, But a Forgettable Anniversary Experience
Pros:

We stayed at Fairmont Jaipur to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our baby, expecting a memorable luxury experience. The property itself is stunning, and the architecture is truly impressive. However, the overall experience fell far short of what we expected from a hotel of this standard.

Despite informing the hotel that we were celebrating our anniversary, the only arrangement in the room was a few balloons. There was no thoughtful personalization or effort to make the occasion feel special. For the amount we paid, we expected much more.

To make matters worse, a small gift was handed to us only at checkout. It felt like a last-minute gesture rather than genuine hospitality. We didn’t need a gift—we wanted a memorable experience during our stay.

We’ve celebrated at JW Marriott before, and the difference in attention to detail and guest experience was significant. That stay felt truly special, whereas this one felt like just another hotel stay despite the premium price.

Fairmont Jaipur has a beautiful property and courteous staff, but if you’re booking for a special occasion like an anniversary, don’t expect the experience to match the luxury branding. Unfortunately, our celebration turned into a disappointment.

Would I return? Probably not for a special occasion. There are other luxury hotels that deliver a much more memorable experience for the same budget.

Well first of all a Big Thank you to the team for going an extra mile to fix things those went out wrong initially. There are a lot of areas of improvement like in reservations and house keeping. But in the end all went well .
Haseen is an asset for the organisation. Kamal housekeeping, Somnath Ghosh & Dass at the Bar. Naaz & Rohanpreet for making exceptional tea and coffee .
Last but not the least Chef Sonu Dhurandhar.
Big Thank u to all of you to look after us . And Haseen ‘s amazing hospitality has led us to book for Mumbai Fairmont next week.

Wow !Royal Holiday 🎉
Pros:

As beautiful was the stay as beautiful were the team. A special thanks to Sanskriti Majumdar from the front office and from the restaurant team Gui and Rohan, Vishal Rai.they went on an beyond to make our stay comfortable and luxurious. It was our mom daughter holiday ritual and we are so happy that we had tear eyes. Sanskriti made us really feel royal and also helped us relocate to a better room with a great view.Gui and Rohan with the most amazing welcoming smile and personal touch buy also getting a pizza for my girl. Vishal for giving her bathroom slippers for my daughters little feet . All was more than perfect. While departure she had tears in farewell and the team took us for the. Ar ride and helped us with music and dance too.

Food and Cleanliness Needs Improvement
Pros:

- Room has been designed and furnished really well. The bathtub is one of the best I've seen.
- View from the room was nice - Raffles and Aravali Hills. However, the terrace in front of the room was dirty with pigeon droppings. The hotel got it cleaned on request but it got dirty again next morning and wasn't cleaned afterwards.
- Gold lounge was the biggest disappointment with its 2 veg 2 non veg snacks menu for luxury hours and limited drinks menu.
- Staff is friendly and courteous..Tasdiq in gold lounge was really helpful in all aspects. He add other staff went out of their way to address our concerns regarding gold lounge and helped us with more options from the Zoya restaurant.
- The Anjum bar in lobby is the place to be with great seating, view, service and music.
- The cutlery in Zoya was dirty and we had to request multiple changes.
- The hotel needs to relook at its food.. Both menu and taste are meh. The breakfast menu was just a repeat on both days.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Greate experience at Fairmont Jaipur.
Room specially terrace suite is excellent. Good space with nice view from terrace.
Very huge terrace attached with the room.
Breakfast and food were also nice.

One of the best lifetime experiences, regardless to services
Pros:

Best experience. The location and stay was very good. Food tastes was also best. However the service was very slow at restaurants. Celebrating the birthday there no cake was served despite being told to them for cake for many times. Overall experience is best.
