Exceptional service is what really sets Penny’s apart— a friendly face to answer your questions or help you out at every opportunity. Matthew helped us right away when the A/C in our 1 Queen Room was not working well, and when the issue could not be resolved he considerately upgraded us to a lovely 2 Queen Room. The first room was tight but beautifully appointed (the bathroom was especially well thought out.) The upgraded room was gorgeous and quite spacious. We appreciated the ice chest containers between the rooms outside, the adorable treats they left for our dog, and even the cute s’mores kit. Apres restaurant had delicious pizzas and cocktails on their pretty patio. Our only regret was that our itinerary was too full and we could not properly take advantage of the fire pit or other outside game amenities. We would love to return in the future for a longer stay.
The rooms were clean, location was great. Ethan and Bronte made the weekend they were awesome
Clean and comfortable and modern
Modern and comfortable. Taking an old highway motel and renovating it, adding an inviting yard area with sauna, fire pit (and providing a “s’mores kit!) and lounge chairs is a wonderful idea.

Staff was EXTREMELY friendly, rooms were beautiful, oysters are $2 on Tuesdays. What more can I ask for?!

There isn't a better "base" for a trip to cider country and the surrounding attractions. Right off the main road to everywhere.
Beds were LOW! Easy for short people to climb onto. A refreshing change from hotel beds which are four feet high!

No breakfast at the motel at all. Food options at Apres, the cafe, were limited. I understand that choice, though.
