A lovely stay in a beautiful location
Pros:

The most fantastic, kind and thoughtful staff!! Always smiling, helpful and going the extra mile}
Great food and view of the marina
Comfy room and we loved the lounge

Cons:

Wifi in the room would have been great especially for the TV
Knowledge before that the included breakfast covers only $9

Die Lage ist super. Direkt am Hafen und am Dschungel.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und vollkommen überteuert.
Wir hatten eine Kakerlake im Zimmer.
Im Restaurant unten ist viel Schimmel an der Decke und der Pool fängt an auseinander zu fallen. Die ganze Ablage sollte dringend renoviert werden

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

We had a great time, the reservation was as expected, we were comfy with the room space, everything worked well, we enjoyed the view from the balconies. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. Super kind staff, Michael was amazing!

Pros:

The drive to the Marina was serene. Awesome views. Breakfast was good. Only half an hour away from Colòn Freezone. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Poor communication - it wasn't made clear to us where to check-in and we had to go searching. We weren't told that there was internet provided for guests by the hotel and we had to pay per day for lousy internet from the Marina, only to be told at the end of our visit that there was an alternative. The bright lights from the hallway were clearly visible from the large spaces in our doorframe which made it difficult to sleep at times. Balcony is a shared space, not private. The bathroom could use some TLC, since its an older building.
