9
Front-desk and staff frequently described as friendly and helpful (gentileza, bom atendimento), but there were serious failures in communication and crisis management during water outages.

Bom custo-benefício.
Pros:

A equipe nota 10! Funcionários educados, prestativos, alegres. Me senti em casa.

Cons:

Acho que poderiam trocar as toalhas de banho e a cama ser com edredom. O chuveiro as vezes vinha água fria, esquentava e esfriava.
