Bed was very comfortable, room was super spacious.
I was unable to turn off the aircon, even when turning it off, it stayed on. Also in the shower, the knob to change which shower head to use did not work. These were minor inconveniances to me, but it could be an issue for someone else
I had a wonderful stay at Greenhills Elan Hotel Modern. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff were all very accommodating, friendly, and quick to assist whenever I needed anything. I also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, especially the pool and overall facilities, which added to the great experience. The location was convenient and the atmosphere was pleasant throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future
5 but I highly recommend you post any number or communication channels that we can contact the hotel after office hours. Because I booked the room 8pm and I have some questions but the number that I hot online sent me to voice mail.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the best things about it is its location, it’s conveniently close to a lot of fast food restaurants, which made it easy to grab a quick meal anytime. The room was neat and clean, making it very comfortable to relax after a long day. I also appreciated how friendly and accommodating the staff; Overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially if you value convenience, cleanliness, and good service.

Book at agoda, Late check in.. just to relax and never thought that hotel also require to present the ids of the other guests, i thought name should matter.

next day we ask for additional complimentary sugar coz i believe its free and we never use the yesterday supply, and when I called , the front desk quote, its your check out day and request for sugar will be with additional fee.. did u consume the sugar yesterday? I said no , i ask only for complimentary 2 sugar.. the supply on our room is only 2 thats why i ask can I request..?
Maybe next time reiterate to your guests about the policy of complimentary?
I never knew that for sugar it will make a big deal .. anyway.. just an experienced and thoughts..
Excellent Stay in Metro Manila – Spacious Rooms, Great Location & Family-Friendly Experience
We had a wonderful stay at Greenhills Elan Hotel Modern.
The hotel is ideally located near Greenhills, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and even nearby 7-Eleven stores, which made everything very convenient for us.
The building itself is tall and impressive, and the elevator service was smooth and efficient. Our room was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the water heater was excellent. The hotel also provided good quality amenities, which added to our comfort.
The staff, including both the front desk and housekeeping team, were polite, professional, and efficient throughout our stay.
One of the highlights for our family was the swimming pool - our kids absolutely loved it!
Honestly, we have no complaints at all. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manila for shopping, dining, or a comfortable family stay.

I had another great stay at Greenhills Elan Modern. The staff were very helpful and kindly accommodated my request for a higher floor, which I really appreciated. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area.
This isn’t my first time staying here—every time I go home for vacation, I make it a point to stay at this hotel. The consistent service, comfortable experience, and great location keep me coming back. Looking forward to my next visit!
