Had my pleasant stay in Hotel Santika Bandung. We’ve been coming here since few years ago wven before covid hits.
Although the hotel still maintain its core design and atmosphere of the building, the detail of the room needs to be evaluated. I stayed in a room that had water leaking above the ceiling in front of the bathroom door, and the quality of the detail interior such as the doors and the wall would have been better if it can be repainted.
Overall the hospitality and services given by the staff of the hotel was still excellent. Their friendliness and warm gesture given back the old memories we had few years back. The breakfast included was also provided with lots of options from appetizers, main course, to the dessert. Nesya the staff in the restaurant did help checked on me how my experience was, which a great gesture.

We loved the breakfast. It's better than previous 5 star hotel we stayed before. The staff was helpfull raka in the restaurant. Kuddos to santika bandung!
everything is ok
Very nice hotel, location is perfect in the middle of tourist spots of the city, walking distance to many tourist shopping area and cafes such as jalan Riau, jalan sumatra, etc. Family friendly hotel. room is very spacious and clean, breakfast is vary and delicious, kudos to Mr. Raka - one of the staff we met during breakfast, he is very helpfull and friendly.

The people and staffs were great - Raka was attentive and helpful. The hotel reception staffs are helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
