Please be advised that several units in the building are currently undergoing much needed renovations and window replacement due to corrosion of being so close to the ocean.

During this time, you may experience some noise disturbances: Jack hammering noise may occur: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Other construction noise, including hammer drills, may be present:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

We do our level best to place you as far away from the noise as possible.

Location, location, location...and a view!
Pros:

The view, the upgrade, the well appointed kitchen, the decor, the location. The apartments are well licated at beautiful Broadbeach, across the road to the beach and just a short walk to the mall with a shopping centre and lots of great eateries.

Cons:

The only thing that I could think of that was missing was a full length mirror.

Large spacious apartment on 11th floor with great views up and down the coast.

Cons:

Bedroom windows not closing properly due to poor seals resulting in a roaring wind noise. Apartment needs updating and maintenance.

Good location.

Location, with bus every 15 min approx at back door. Nice view up the coast to Burleigh. Nice park opposite. Opening windows. Good drying dishwasher. Good new iron. Comfortable bed

Apartment was very dated. Probably original from the early 1990's. Desperately needed a Reno. Microwave so old, not sure really safe, see pic inside microwave
Noisy construction 3 doors up the road, piledriver in use most of the day. Thought $500 security hold a bit expensive considering everything was old in the apartment. Felt what we paid for 5 night stay was expensive considering the age of the whole apartment block. Have paid hundreds less for better
