Please be advised that several units in the building are currently undergoing much needed renovations and window replacement due to corrosion of being so close to the ocean.

During this time, you may experience some noise disturbances: Jack hammering noise may occur: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Other construction noise, including hammer drills, may be present:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

The Talisman is an excellent place to stay, especially if you’re on foot. Everything is just at your doorstep except you
Pros:

We had a beautiful beach view and a view over the park as well as a lovely nighttime view of all the skyscrapers and light. The Talisman is close to shopping centres restaurants and the hub of Broadbeach all within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful with a good local knowledge of where to go for good eateries and experiences.

So outstanding I don’t want to go home
Pros:

Very nice & spacious, immaculately clean. Fantastic views, great location. The staff were awesome & very accommodating.

Cons:

I few things in the apartment needed fixing, only little things.
Would of liked a few more plastic containers that you could use in the inverter microwave or leftovers

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Buddy the receptionist dog was a stand out feature!
