Please be advised that several units in the building are currently undergoing much needed renovations and window replacement due to corrosion of being so close to the ocean.

During this time, you may experience some noise disturbances: Jack hammering noise may occur: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Other construction noise, including hammer drills, may be present:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

We do our level best to place you as far away from the noise as possible.

There is a break period over the summer holidays from the 15th of December.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly, beds were comfy, views were next level..

Cons:

I am not winging at all but the ensuite shower was mouldy. Also the dryer and washer weren't great but I'd come back in a heartbeat. These comments are only for management to look at

I requested a south-east aspect and fortunately rang to confirm and they had not allocated one so were able to amend this. Reception closed at 3pm and I had not seen the email. I was required to register my credit card twice to 2 different systems including providing details over the phone when standing at the front door to a security person, as I was doing so after reception closed at 3pm!
Once that was done it worked well. The other problem was that reception only was manned after 9am so I missed my last day of the conference as I was unable to leave me bag anywhere secure until 9am.
It was very noisy with traffic from the road over night.

Fabulous stay. Views and location amazing. I would go every time for a supreme room.
Pros:

Room 25 awesome which was a Supreme room 180 degree views. Great decor furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Awesome beds!! Loved it will book again. Room 21 classic room was well appointed, great views, decor good however not as nice as supreme room and unfortunately the main bed was so hard felt like I was sleeping on wood. Needs a mattress cover or new mattress. Detracted from overall stay. Management family were the loveliest people.

Loved every minute, will definitely return to the Talisman and recommend to others.
Pros:

The Talisman was exceptional, lovely owners, high floor with fantastic views, room was more than we expected, 2 bedrooms, large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. It had a full corner balcony and three showers. situated right at the beach front and only a few minutes walk from the nearest shops. Free parking also.

Cons:

Black-out drapes in the bedrooms would be great but not a deal breaker.

You advised would sleep 5 - however there was no bed
For the 5th person just a couch which wasn’t really appropriate/ for the cost this was pretty crap/ there was no towel or bedding for the 5th person/

The Talisman is an excellent place to stay, especially if you’re on foot. Everything is just at your doorstep except you
Pros:

We had a beautiful beach view and a view over the park as well as a lovely nighttime view of all the skyscrapers and light. The Talisman is close to shopping centres restaurants and the hub of Broadbeach all within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful with a good local knowledge of where to go for good eateries and experiences.
