Pulizia non eccellente vista la categoria. Assenza di prodotti all'interno della doccia
Schone kamer, goed ontbijt, nette afwerking, zachte bedden en fijne kussens, voldoende handdoeken en locatie goed.
Personeel bij de receptie onvriendelijk en traag. De incheck vraagt blijkbaar veel tijd, want daar hebben we erg lang moeten wachten. En online wordt er voor de incheck vele irrelevante vragen gesteld. Beddengoed rook muf, niet fris.

Habitación muy amplia en un hotel funcional en edificio singular.
Muy buena ubicación: al lado de la parada del bus al areopuerto y muy cerca de la estación de tren. Cerca del centro, el museo Phillips y el estadio del PSV.
El ruido de las máquinas de ... aire ?, en la tercera planta.
The location is excellent, and the overall idea of the hotel is great. The reception area is beautiful. Some of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the reservations team was fantastic- very fast with their replies.
The chef at the restaurant was exceptionally friendly and willing to go the extra mile. He even went to the storage area to double‑check that the sausages were definitely gluten‑free, as we were travelling with a child who has coeliac disease. Breakfast is excellent, but please note that we were not informed at check‑in that the €22 rate only applies when booked in advance- if you decide to purchase it on the day, it costs €25 p/p
The spa area was very clean and quiet; definitely worth a visit.
The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows are great, and the bedding is of very high quality.
Food at the restaurant was good, but slightly overpriced.
Some of the reception staff had no idea what they were doing, some evenings one of them was sitting on the couch scrolling on his phone while we were standing at the desk waiting for attention.
We arrived a bit early and asked if we could leave our suitcases before check‑in, also mentioning that one of the bags contained medication. When we came back to collect our luggage, the bags had been taken to the luggage room and were apparently just thrown in- one of the containers was completely damaged, and special food was scattered all over the bag. We were lucky that not much of the medication was affected. I ended up washing the bag and cleaning everything inside tge bag.
The bathroom in the room was not properly cleaned and looked a bit tired. There was no bathrobe in the room and no slippers provided. We also mentioned in our booking that we were coming to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, but there was no acknowledgement of this- neither a quick word at the reception or even a small card in the room.
We were staying on the 5th floor, but to reach the room you need to take one elevator to the 3rd floor, walk all the way to the end, and then take a second elevator up to the 5th floor. It’s quite inconvenient.
The bar staff were not friendly, seemed lazy, and didn’t appear to care about their customers. I’m not sure if it was due to long shifts or simply their attitude, but a smile doesn’t hurt anyone. You can be sitting right in front of them waiting to be served while they chat among themselves or entertain a friend who keeps them busy.
De kamer was prima , fijne bedden.
Ik had het feestpakket erbij te gepakt om een vriendin te verrassen voor haar verjaardag, dit kostte 17,50 euro. Zou slingers , ballonnen en een kaartje bevatten maar er hongen 2 trosjes van 3 ballonnen.. dit was een ontzettende domper. Dit direct aangegeven en gezegd dat we weg gingen en later terug kwamen maar hier was verder niks mee gedaan
Very friendly staff, central location, close to central station
Room was very clean and comfortable, central location next to everything you may need in town in walking distance, nice city view from the room, good facilities of the hotel, nice place to sit at the lobby.
Noticed one suspicious probably homeless guy (given his dirty rugs clothing, drunk like walking, he did not go into any room just walking around the corridor) in one of the floors one morning...do not know for sure if he was but looked suspicious. Nothing happened but it is the first time after many visits that we see this situation in this hotel. Usually very good environment. Probably he came up via the stairs since elevator asks for hotel card.
The planned change of rooms during our stay delayed too much. Evacuated the old room before checkout time and waited for approximately 1.5h to go to the new room. Eventually issue was solved but we paid the room for the whole day not part of it. Not a deal breaker but small things make the difference.
Staff were all brilliant and excellent English speakers. The hotel was clean and in an excellent location.
Plašas telpas, vēsturiska ēka. Personals ļoti laipns . Cena par istabu laba. Gultas un spilveni mīksti. Augsti griesti . Laba lokācija .
Aušējie stūri pie griestiem netīrīti, laikam grūti piekļūt. Ļoti slikta skaņas izolācija toaletes durvīm . Ilga iešana un 2 lifti ,lai tiktu uz numuriņu . Nevarēja saprast vai kondicionieris strādā . Nedaudz padārga autostāvvieta, bet tā laikam ir kopēja Eindhovenas specifika.
