We had a great overnight stay, it was lovely to walk the town and harbour after dusk when there were no people around 😀

Room and location was perfect for a romantic break, we both enjoyed it very much.
Pros:

Room was great, lovely size with bath and shower. Breakfast was tasty. Couple of free cans of Korev in the mini bar was a nice touch.

Cons:

Parking was insufficient and I noticed some staff were using the limited parking. Although I didn't mind paying for the car park down the road which was quite reasonable it would have been easier to load heavy bags in car if it were on site, not a 5 minute walk away.

Quirky Hotel perfect for a weekend getaway in a beautiful part of Cornwall.
Pros:

Great location and amazing hotel. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Staff were all fantastic and friendly. Food was smashing. Look forward to returning.

Pros:

Boscastle est un joli village et l'hôtel est charmant.
La présence d'un bar, d'un restaurant et d'un parking sont des gros plus.
Le personnel est accueillant et bienveillant.

Cons:

La chambre est exigüe et située sous les toits. Il n'est pas facile de s'installer dans le lit.
Il n'y a aucune place pour poser une valise alors 2 c'est impossible.
La douche est dans un placard avec une porte qui ne ferme pas.

We had a really lovely four night stay.
Pros:

Location and set up was great - large bed was super comfy (although the duvet was a little too warm) and our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bar area was welcoming and cosy, with plenty of choice and the staff were all very friendly and engaging.

Pros:

Historic building full of character, lovely bar, restaurant and breakfast room. Dog friendly room was nice and cosy with plenty of space. Nice refreshment facilities in room too and lovely goodie bag for doggie 🐶

Preis-Leistung passt für die Zimmer nicht
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Boscastle zentral. Das hoteleigene Restaurant/Pub ist sehr schön. An einem Abend hatten wir sogar Livemusik. Das Personal war superfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten das Hotel kurzfristig gebucht, da wir dachten, dass es hier etwas luxuriöser sein würde und das wollten wir uns für eine Nacht gönnen. Leider wurden wir enttäuscht.

Cons:

Wir hatten Zimmer 8 und 13. Beide Zimmer waren extrem klein, so dass man kaum den Koffer aufstellen konnte. Bei einem Zimmer war das Doppelbett so in einer Ecke, dass die hinten liegende Person immer über die andere Person krabbeln musste und das zweite Zimmer hat extreme Dachschrägen, so dass man nur gebückt ins Bett kam. Auf unserer Rundreise durch Südwest-England war das die teuerste Unterkunft, aber auch diejenige mit den schlechtesten Zimmern. Ansonsten ist das Hotel schön und es hat vielleicht auch schöne Zimmer. Wir werden es nie erfahren. Parkplätze gibt es auch nicht ausreichend - wir hatten da aber wenigstens Glück und den letzten Stellplatz ergattert.

Wonderful stay at the Wellington
Pros:

Very close to the harbour, restaurants and shops . The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable- bed was also super comfy . I would also recommend the restaurant
