Pros:

The only good thing about here is closer to Ayala center which is convenient because no taxi needed.

Cons:

WiFi was really lousy. I didn’t even get a chance to access my meeting portal due to slow internet.
For the first two days one elevator was not working afterwards two of the elevator was not functioning.
I been to a floor 14th and 17th those carpet either need deep cleaning or replace. Its disgusting. The alley really needs extra cool air.
The only good thing about here is closer to Ayala center which is convenient because no taxi needed.

A fantastic stay .
Pros:

From the get go as I stepped out of my taxi and are greeted warmly ,bags tacked by very efficient porters and ushered into a very beautiful reception area with super comfortable lounges to wait and take a miniute to yourself reset after usely a day of traveling ..Small things seem to matter here and I gladly received a nice cold tasty welcome drink (as the outside temputure was very hot and now I was sitting pretty a drink in hand and in comfort basking in nice ambience ..I felt good .A special thanks to Ian at reception the room was modern clean and as I booked a suite room it meet my expextations and to be honest exceeded them .I want to thank everybody at Quest who o interacted with u all made my trip memorable .

Great as always. Great location, lovely staff, super comfy beds, good wifi, delicious breakfast, clean, really appreciate gym access.

Pros:

Always a pleasure. I always stay here now when I visit Cebu. The comfiest beds anywhere, lovely staff, everything is clean, nice pool and gym, great breakfast and easy location.

Too late for a check in and too early for a check out
Pros:

The room was clean. The only downside was when I requested for an early check in and i was surprised they will charged me 1k per hour. Also requested for a late check out since we can't do an early check in, and it eas denied. SHANGRILA/SHERATON & Seda allows either both. I just don't understand why this property won't allow.

Lovely staff and nice stay overall
Pros:

Staff are very accommodating especially Ma'am Nicole ( one of their receptionist). Will come back. Worth every penny. The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy at times which affected sleep slightly. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

Pros:

The air-conditioning on our first night was not functioning well we had to transfer.
Staff were quick to respond to our room change. Quest Hotel will always be our home away from home.
