Pros:

Very helpful staff, from reception, house cleaning staff, restaurant staff & pool staff, thank you for welcoming us.

Cons:

No availability of towels at pool, luckily helpful pool staff went off to get room towels for us. Also rooms did not seem to accommodate guests with children, only king size beds were available.

Positives outweigh the negatives.
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable . Staff were very friendly . Buffet breakfast was excellent

Cons:

The worst internet connection I’ve experienced in a large hotel. Booked a room with a balcony. The balcony, chairs and table was covered in bird sh;t . Hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.

Overall, it was a good stay.
Pros:

I liked the service of the protection team.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was a distinct smell when we entered first time. It was sort of like a smell of a moist towel/carpet that did not dry properly. In addition, there was not enough storage.
