Good value, good location, no frills.
Pros:

Terrific location near San Augustin Church in Intramuros, close to many historic sites. Friendly staff. Unassuming.

Cons:

The hotel is a very old (historic) building, which shows some wear, but has the nice features such as high ceilings.

This could be a great hotel but the owners let it fall apart
Cons:

Breakfast only from 9h30 is ridiculous.
Generally poor maintenance and poor cleanliness
W had to ask for another room because the toi;et didnt work. Luckily we readily got one.

Pros:

Clean comfortable room and bed

Cons:

Hotel showing its age. Breakfast was poor. "No butter just cheese" tasteless ham hardly toasted toast, eggs were ok. Restaurant closes at 21. 00. so does the intrammuros cafe and the small street market round the corner

Cet hôtel est exceptionnellement bien situé en plein cœur d'Intramuros. Toutes les attractions touristiques se trouvent à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Les chambres sont grandes et très agréables le personnel est à l'écoute et très sympathique.
