Pros:

An oasis in busy Kampala, the facilities are pristine, the restaurant is nice and if that closes when you get back there’s a 24 hr restaurant walking distance from the hotel

Cons:

The TVs and phone were not working when I visited

I love the property and will recommend to friends and relatives visiting Kampala
Pros:

1. Very welcoming and understanding staff.
2. Very nice breakfast
3.Very quite environment
4, Rooms are spacious

1.Very limited toiletries
2.No ironing table & flat iron
3.TV inconsistent functioning. Keep on switching off

Exceptional staff and service.
Pros:

Location was in a great spot, easy to find. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Everything worked well with no issues. Nice restaurant and bar. Best coffee in Kampala.

Breakfast and dinner were very delicious.

Cons:

AC was not functional in the room.
TV was on the wall but no remote control, the receptionist said only local channels were available but still did not provide the remote control…
