Hidden Gem in Fort Lauderdale
Pros:

Our room was gorgeous. Beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and canal. Everything we needed, including our own washer and dryer. Dina was so helpful and catered to our every need. Superb vacation at this beautiful vintage hotel!!

Pros:

Staying at this beautiful place has been a highlight of our trip. We stayed here for 3 nights prior to getting on our cruise. The apartment we stayed in was beautiful and so clean. It had everything we needed, Including its own washer and dryer. How nice to leave for a cruise with all clean clothes.
The property has vintage Florida vibes, which was so nostalgic to me, with lush gardens and the most beautiful pool overlooking the canal. Our room was on 2nd floor with a humongous balcony overlooking the pool and canal.
Full 2 baths in our apartment with a gorgeous fully stocked kitchen and a very cozy living room.
Dina, the manager on property was fabulous. She went over and beyond to make our stay perfect and we were all completely spoiled.
I highly recommend what I would say is one of the best kept secrets in Fort Lauderdale, and if ever in the area again, we will definitely be repeat customers!!!

Great hotel, very central - Would recommend
Pros:

Amazing, cozy and beautiful hotel. Right next to center. Bed was very comfy. Pool was great and views.

Cons:

It was all great but a few things were a setback
Musty smell from the A/C or room
Cockroach was found on floor but may have got in when door was opened.

Very frustrating. The worst experience we've had with any hotel facility.

We repeatedly called and emailed the office to report that the front door lock and deadbolt didn't work properly. We basically had to sleep in a room that was not secure. No reply to our messages

We also reported that the shower wasn't working properly. There was no water pressure and it was impossible to take a normal shower. No reply to our messages.

Finally we called and left another message asking for a different room. No reply!

When we left the next morning, we left a note in the office requesting a refund. No reply!

No communication whatsoever about significant problems that should have been addressed. Terrible customer service.
