Pros:

The hotel is clean and well-run with a friendly staff. It is easy to find in Eugene.

Cons:

The air conditioner was much louder than we liked, even on the lowest setting. I did not find the bed firm enough. There was quite a bit of street noise from cars passing, it's on a busy street. We feel the previous reviews did not fully match the reality and we did not get the restful sleep we needed after a long day's drive.

Helpful and kind staff with a clean room
Pros:

We booked last minute and they were very accommodating. I'm sorry I forget who helped us at the front desk but he was kind and helpful. We had a plane to catch the next morning after 2 weeks of camping and I am so thankful we were upgraded at no extra charge to a room that had an attached separate bedroom so my kids could sleep while my husband and I got all of our bags packed. The neighborhood didn't seem like the greatest but I felt very safe on their property getting luggage in and out of our car at night while packing. I always look for hotels that have a high cleanliness score and they did not disappoint, both the bathroom and bedrooms were as clean as hotels can be. For a quick in and out hotel in Eugene this was absolutely perfect.

crooked floor , made me sea sick, loud and not relaxing , in the middle of nowhere not like in a country sort of way but a suburb.

Pleasant stay, great staff. Nice room and great location. Centeral to everythng.

The staff was great and very helpful! The Inn is in a great location. The bathroom is clean and well-stocked with high-quality towels.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was dim. The carpet was bumpy, posing a slight tripping hazard. It was also a little stained. Nothing is perfect! Great stay
