צוות מאד מאד נחמד שהפך את השנייה לנהדרת. מיקום מעולה קרוב לכל התיאטראות והחנויות . מתקני מים ובקבוקים בכל קומה חשוב בקיץ החם.

Cons:

המלון היה בשיפוצים אז כדאי לוודא לפני שמגיעים. לא היו אזורים משותפים. לא היה מזגן בחדר או מקרר.

Great location but expensive for average size rooms and poor on site facilities. I would not stay here again.
Pros:

Location, close to Covent Garden.

Cons:

Building work ongoing so no food onsite. Reception area is very small, rooms are very small for 3 adults. Dark area outside walking back to hotel and did not feel safe.

Per due notti me lo sono fatto andare bene avessi dovuto fermarmi di più sarebbe stato un problema.
Pros:

Aspetti positivi: stanza pulita, gentilezza del personale. e posizione (ma la posizione l'ho cercata apposta non poteva che essere buona altrimenti non ci sarei andato). Tutto il resto è negativo.

Cons:

Paradossalmente salva il mio giudizio (giudico l'esperienza complessiva "passabile"), il fatto che fosse in ristrutturazione, per cui penso che, forse, fossi andato li con tutto funzionante avrei avuto una impressione migliore. La stanza era piccola, alcune prese non funzionavano, arrivava calda anche l'acqua fredda, tutto vecchio: arredi, moquette, rifiniture. Insomma ti aspetti altro da un 4 stelle. Però magari, a fine ristrutturazione, tutte queste cose saranno a posto.

Great location, clean room, just what we needed
Pros:

Location perfect for theatres and West end area. Work being done on hotel, but you could have a free buffet breakfast if you wanted, but this finished at 9am so we missed it.
