Staff very unfriendly and not helpful. We paid for breakfast which was not available. The hotel was refurbishing the restaurant but didn’t tell their customers

Pros:

Location was great! Near a supermarket n tube station. Park in front was beautiful n peacefull. Only issue was the restaurant was being remodeled n they gave us gift cards for a coffee shop near by. Id stay here again.

Clean, quite, and very respectable

The bed was comfy and warm. Bathroom had everything you need, and clean. There was suffiecent snacks and refreshments at hand. With fridge and microwave

Excellent location and value
Pros:

The rooms are clean, decent sized and the location is perfect. Close enough to theaters and shops, but across the street from a park so it is nice and quiet at night.

Cons:

The a/c is controlled by the front desk. We had to contact them to adjust the thermostat.
