Personal admirable y ubicación muy buena. Pero estaba en obras.
Pros:

La ubicación. Pero sobre todo el personal en general y en especial Steven que nos ayudó en todo además de hablar español. Anika que nos hizo un update ya que la habitación era mínima. Albion y todos en general.

Cons:

El hecho de que estaba en obras con solo dos pisos habilitados. Para compensar daban un frugal desayuno en una pequeña "terraza". En octubre se reinaugurará como Webster

Pros:

The lounge are reception area were under renovation. So you got a room and that was it. They should have warned visitors they were under renovation and offered a significant reduction in room rates. I feel I was had.

Disapointing.
Pros:

The room was fine.

Cons:

The hotel was under renovation and we were not informed about this in advanced. We arrived to the main entrance to be told that we needed to walk around the block with our luggage to the back entrance. We were appreciative of the breakfast, but the setting was not what we were expecting.
