Hôtel propre, mais séjour compliqué par un manque de professionnalisme, des contraintes inutiles et un emplacement peu p

L’hôtel était propre et les chambres étaient correctes.

Cons:

Le personnel ne nous a pas suffisamment informés sur les services et le fonctionnement de l’hôtel. Nous avons également rencontré, à deux reprises, un problème avec la porte de notre chambre, ce qui nous a obligés à faire des allers-retours entre le 12ᵉ étage et la réception, sans recevoir d’excuses ni de geste commercial.

Nous avons également constaté un manque de courtoisie de la part de certains membres du personnel. Lorsque nous rentrions dans l’hôtel ou arrivions à la réception, il nous arrivait de ne pas être salués si nous ne disions pas bonjour en premier. Pourtant, accueillir et saluer les clients devrait être la base dans un établissement hôtelier.

Lors d’une panne d’ascenseur, personne ne nous en a informés : nous sommes restés plusieurs minutes devant à essayer d’utiliser notre carte, avant qu’un autre client nous explique que nous devions emprunter l’ascenseur réservé au personnel et nous indique lui-même l’accès. Ce manque de communication et de professionnalisme est regrettable.

Autre point particulièrement contraignant : il faut réserver un créneau pour pouvoir accéder à la piscine. Pour des vacances censées être reposantes, devoir appeler et s’organiser à l’avance simplement pour profiter de la piscine de l’hôtel est franchement contraignant et peu agréable.

Enfin, l’hôtel est mal situé et éloigné du centre, avec des transports peu pratiques, ce qui oblige à prendre régulièrement des taxis et augmente considérablement le coût du séjour. L’hôtel était propre, mais vu le prix, cela me semble être le minimum. Au vu de l’emplacement et des nombreux désagréments rencontrés, je préfère payer davantage pour séjourner directement dans le centre. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

التعامل السيء من الموظفين خاصة جميع موظفي الاستقبال باستثناء الموظف المصري إسماعيل كان في غاية اللطف . أما بقية الموظفين كانوا سيئين جدا . يفتقدون برامج تأهيلية القدرة على التودد مع النزلاء
أيضا رفضوا إرسال موظف لحمل أمتعتي علما ان معي عائلة فاضطررت لحملها بنفسي عند القدوم . وعند المغادرة رفضوا . إلا ان هناك موظف هندي الجنسية ساعدني . رغم رفض موظفة الاستقبال إطلاقاً. اعتقد ان هذا الفندق ليس من ضمن سلسلة فوكو . فضلا ان يكون من ضمن سلسلة فنادق إنتركونتيننتال.

الموافق في القبو سيئة جدا ومهملة وغير مريحة . ولايوجد مواقف علوية.
أرجو التأكد هل فعلا هذا الفندق أربع نجوم . استبعد ذلك . بسبب التعامل السيء. والمواقف المهملة . وعدم المساعدة في حمل الأمتعة.

The underground parking is terrible—neglected and uncomfortable—and there is no surface parking available. I question whether this hotel truly deserves a four-star rating; I find it doubtful given the poor service, the neglected parking area, and the lack of assistance with luggage.

La deco très épurée, le p’tit déjeuner très qualitatif et complet. Très bonne literie, personnel très agréable et professionnel. Super hôtel

Cons:

Piscine hors service lors de mon séjour d’une seule nuit. Ça peut arriver.. et salle de bain pas très intimiste, tout est ouvert sur la chambre. Mais cela est minime par rapport à la qualité de cet hôtel !
