Ausser eine Mitarbeiterin bei der Lobby Aurora heißt,
Nach 4 Stunden Fahrt, hat sie uns ( 5 Personen in 3 zimmet) halbe stunde warten lassen,
Trotz vor eun tag checkout gemacht haben mit dem gleichen Personen.

המקלחת בחדר הורים וילדים פתוחה ללא דלת.
לא נוח
לא פרקטי בכלל
נותנים כרטיס אחד לחדר שמשמש למעלית ולתאורת החדר
במידה ומישהו יצא עם הכרטיס כדי לחזור במעלית. השני כמעט ללא אור בחדר!!

I also booked a room for my parents and requested and early check-in.
They only got their room PAST 3PM. Not even for 3pm which was the check in time. They waited in the lobby for 3 hours, and then saw other people that just arrived checking in and getting their room before them. The lady at the reception just forgot about them. The breakfast staff / service is total chaos. No tables assigned to waiters, everyone is confused. I ordered a cappuccino and there was no coffee in it. Just milk….

I love Holidays inn in general, but this one was very disorganized! Plus the price ain’t cheap so I expected better service for sure! Even the one we stayed at in the philippines was so much better.
