Pros:

Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est son personnel à la réception, souriant et disponible

Cons:

Femme de ménage qui passe récupérer les serviettes et le tapis de bain sans les remplacer et sans faire la chambre, demande de remplacement du tapis de bain aux oubliettes, un des deux ascenseurs en panne, durant tout le séjour, il faut monter à la reception avec votre valise par l'escalier à moins de le savoir avant votre arrivée et de déposer vos bagages à la reception avant de stationner votre véhicule, mais la surprise ne s'arrête pas là, le jour de mon départ, le samedi 11 juillet la direction décide de ne pas servir le petit dej, prétexte pas assez de clients, donc buffet vide, il faut passer commande pour espérer manger quelque chose. Ça sera bien ma dernière fois dans cet hôtel

Pleasant stay but overpriced for what it was
Pros:

Breakfast was outstanding, huge choice and great taste. The lobby was light and airy.

Cons:

Upper balcony/pool area was completely misrepresented. There were no cushions, the pool was emptied and I would of expected a higher level of maintenance. Overall though I would recommend the hotel though.

Le personnel de l’accueil, le personnel qui s’occupe de l’entrée des clients dans l’hôtel, ainsi que le personnel du bar et du restaurant mais aussi le personnel de ménage sont très accueillant.
Je vous recommande de loger dans cet hôtel .
