It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

It’s a pretty cool location especially with it being at a mall!

Cons:

The rooms were really warm and we couldn’t lower the temp. Parking was also kind of tricky!

nice hotel, good for convenience. but not really in seoul city.

room is clean
location is near Gimpo airport which in my case was convenient for a business meeting
lotte mall is attached which was also convenient
