Great pool, friendly staff and spacious accommodation. The apartment had all the amenities you could want for your own little space in the city
The apartments aren't especially well soundproofed. We could hear all the noises in the adjacent apartments. Fortunately we had a small speaker with us and put on some white noise at night to drown out the sounds from elsewhere.
Das Personal war freundlich. Leider hat niemand deutsch gesprochen. Bahn gleich nebenan. Zug fährt aber nur alle 30 Minuten. Zur Bushaltestelle recht weit.
Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen, Möbel abgewohnt, nicht besonders sauber. Das Frühstück zwar sauber und nett hergerichtet, aber keine 20€ wert. Bett und Polster extrem hart.
L’appart-hotel était comfortable et spacieux. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour une semaine à Rome. La décoration était très belle.
Le personnel était très sympathique et l’écoute.

Le petit dej diversifié mais pas très qualitatif
The apartment was great, the beds were very comfortable le, the pool was lovely, everything in the apartment was very clean and had everything a family of two adults and two adult children needed. It was very spacious and had a lovely balcony. The balduina train station is right next to the accommodation and was very easy to get into Rome. There is a lovely restaurant right next door Capperi where the food was lovely.

It is very clear and easy access none of taxis were confused where to get to.
Apartment was clean and comfortable, spacious too.
Bed was comfortable (pillow in master bedroom needs replacing-all too hard and very “bubbly” like the cotton inside is old).
Stefano was the highlight of the visit. Very professional and helpful.
Slightly far from the city centre.
One small note: staff could advise tourist that Lime scooters or bikes are just about everywhere to be found d in Rome and travelling by this way- it’s the smartest way. Easy, comfortable, enjoyable. My kid loved it. Not sure why they don’t advertise or recommend this way of transportation. Definitely worth it. Saves a bundle!
A circa 20 minuti di taxi da piazza Cavour, l'hotel è moderno, in zona silenziosa, con piscina e con una colazione ricca e varia. La nostra camera era un vero appartamento con 4 posti letto completo di salotto, cucina e ampio balcone vista piscina. Ottimo quindi anche per famiglie.
Il divano letto due posti potrebbe essere migliorabile, magari utilizzanone uno matrimoniale anziché con la rete singola scorrevole sotto le sedute.
Not much to be honest.
We had to be moved from our first room on the ground floor due to noise from above and next door as well. Every time someone spoke or walked you could hear it. Also whenever someone ran the water next door the noise was extremely loud. We got moved to the fifth floor on our third night which was marginally better. We still had people above us in the penthouse whose stairs ran above our bed such that every time someone used them it sounded like a herd of elephants was above us. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work. There was no airflow at all. Fortunately it was not too hot and we could open the windows although that meant more outside noise and mosquitoes entering the room
Ligger lige ved siden af en togstation, så man kan komme ind til centrum.
Personalet var super søde og poolen er lækker.
Køkkenet er meget mangelfuldt, der var fx ikke saks, skærebrætter, si, fade til ovn eller skåle mv. Temperature og programmerne på ovnen, var slidt af, så man ikke kunne se, hvor varm oven var eller hvilket program man lavede.
Ao lado da estão de trem é muito bem organizado, super recomendo..
