Me gusto mucho la zona de los toboganes y el tema de tener la playita junto practicamente al hotel la comida super buena y todo muy variado y muy rapidos!! La braseria un 10 de 10

Cons:

No me gusto que la piscina pone que cerraba alas 19:00 i alas 18:30 18:40 ya te comienzan a echar los socorristas entiendo que todo el mundo quiere irse a casa pero ya que cierra temprano que x lo menos dejen la hora real.
Tanto yo i mi pareja estubimos muy detras para que nos pasaran a limpiar la habitacion
Los espectaculos dentro con mucha calor..
Lo demas bien.

La primera vez que me quejo de una estancia

Los trabajadores de el restaurante la braseria

Cons:

No limpiaban las habitaciones , no barrían de hecho había botellas de plástico debajo de la cama cuando llegamos , el buffet casi todos los días lo mismo y cuando había cena especial si se acababa algo como los mejillones no volvían a poner

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en este hotel y la experiencia no podría haber sido mejor.

Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, la limpieza es impecable y la comida nos ha gustado mucho, con variedad y calidad. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor de todo ha sido el trato recibido.

Todo el personal ha sido muy amable, atento y siempre con una sonrisa. Da gusto encontrarse con gente que hace su trabajo con tanto cariño. Y queremos agradecer especialmente al director, que desde el primer momento tuvo un trato excepcional con nuestra familia. Son pequeños gestos los que hacen que unas buenas vacaciones se conviertan en un recuerdo inolvidable.

Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto durante toda la estancia y nos vamos con ganas de volver. Sin duda, es un hotel que recomendaremos a familiares y amigos.

Llevamos varios años viniendo a este hotel pero tengo que decir que desde la temporada pasada a mejorado aún más con todo !!! Estoy encantadissima !

¡Muchas gracias por hacer que nos sintamos siempre como en casa!
