The castle and pretty backgarden. The breakfast was also alright

When we arrived the room we were given was not cleaned, and we had to contact staff to give us a new? Very weird. The room we actually got smelled so so bad of sewer the whole time we were there. And the bath wasnt done being renovated.

Le cadre verdoyant et le charme historique du bâtiment

Cons:

L’accueil ou l’absence d’accueil à la réception : très bref, peu d’informations, manque de politesse (pas de bonsoir) numéro de chambre + information sur l’ascenseur donne oralement sans autres explications. Parlé en anglais alors qu’il est noté que le personnel parle français : mauvaise foie. Manque total d’hospitalité à notre arrivée à l’hôtel.
De plus, lorsqu’un hôtel organise un mariage il est préférable de le privatiser. A notre arrivée musique a fond, invités en grand nombres qui font du bruits et donc par conséquent nous avons tout entendu dans la chambre. Aucun espace pour se détendre a notre arrivée a part l’extérieur vu que le mariage est organisé dans le salon et le restaurant de l’hôtel.
Apres des heures de route et dans ce genre d’endroit nous espérions avoir un séjour reposant.

Petit déjeuner plus que banal.

Achteraanzicht van hotel met vijver is prachtig.

Op de kamer waren wel paar aandachtspunten:
Binnenzijde badkamerdeur nodig aan reparatie/vervanging toe.
Gordijn linker en rechter haak afgescheurd
Kapstokje valt van de muur met jas ophangen.

Kamer was wel schoon en netjes
Bed redelijk zacht en bij 1 matras voelde je een veer.

Un peu excentré mais parfait pour être au calme

Zentral zu Brügge und trotzdem ruhig, sehr sauber.
Pros:

Es war so schön.... meeega ruhig und doch total Zentral nach Brügge.
Absolut sauber... habe ein Hygiene Problem und war wirklich begeistert von der Sauberkeit in dem Zimmer.
