Kiváló szállás, bátran ajánlom.
Pros:

Remek helyen található kiváló szálloda. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Finom, választékos reggelit kaptunk. A szoba hatalmas, gyönyörű volt.

Pros:

A fantastic family hotel located right in the center, just a one-minute walk from the Karlovy Vary colonnade, featuring breathtaking views from the rooms. Even though it is situated on a hill, it is easily accessible by car directly to the entrance. The hotel has its own parking lot, but since space is limited, booking in advance is highly recommended. Parking is free for hotel guests who reserve ahead of time. The staff is wonderful, and the hotel is pet-friendly, beautifully maintained, and very clean. Just a few steps away, there is a free public elevator that takes you straight down to the city center. The breakfast is amazing.

Pobyt w Hotelu Ontario w Karlowych Warach oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Pokój był czysty, zadbany i komfortowy, dzięki czemu można było naprawdę dobrze wypocząć. Wszystko było starannie przygotowane.

Dużym atutem było również śniadanie – smaczne, świeże i z dużym wyborem produktów, dzięki czemu każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Obsługa była miła i pomocna, a atmosfera w hotelu sprzyjała relaksowi. Z przyjemnością wrócę tu podczas kolejnej wizyty w Karlowych Warach. Polecam!

Very nice hotel and great location with reserved parking lots. highly recommended and we would come here again.

Cons:

It’s pity the reception closes at 7pm which we learned over text message 2hrs before arrival so we came late and we’re waiting for another receptionist to come with some delay. If this was communicated earlier and with more emphasis to guests, no issue at all. Finally we got a free prosecco as apologies so that was very professional.

Velice prijemny personal, prostorny pokoj

Cons:

K hotelu je potreba od kolonady vyjit 120 schodu, clovek bez kondice se muze trochu zadychat. V pokoji v prizemi je rano slyset zvuky bezneho provozu v kuchyni a jidelne.
