Останахме много доволни от престоя си в хотела. Стаите бяха изключително чисти и добре поддържани, а общите части също бяха в отлично състояние. Домакините бяха много любезни, усмихнати и винаги готови да помогнат при нужда. Атмосферата беше приятна и спокойна, което направи почивката ни още по-приятна. Благодарим за топлото посрещане и доброто отношение. С удоволствие бихме посетили хотела отново и го препоръчваме на всеки, който търси комфорт и качествено обслужване

The staff speaks english francais, italien, breakfast, cats, and the pizza near.
There are not enough sockets , in jufact only 1 on the floor which is very inconvenient to reach.

Kahvaltı mükemmel.. Fotoğrafını bile çektim.. Çünkü bazı yerlerde kryvasan vb zayıf kahvaltılar var.. Otel sahipleri çok ilgili.. Ben su almayı unutmuştum.. Su getirdiler - ücretsiz.. Kartım Bulgaristanda çalışmadı. Akşam yemeği ve kahvaltıyı ücret ödemeden yedim.. Merkeze de yakın olsaydı her gittiğimde kalmayı tercih ederdim..
Yanlışlıkla bekar odası kiralamıştım 😅.. Dekorasyonu bananuygyn değildi.. Ama rahatlığı iyiydi 🙏

Firstly, we went there for just one night, but the location is very central. The owners, a lovely couple, are incredibly helpful with everything. You can communicate in Italian, English, or Bulgarian. In the morning, they prepare an amazing breakfast, and the place itself is truly authentic. Despite my broken English, I was able to chat for hours with the Italian gentleman, who patiently explained everything slowly and clearly. When he noticed I didn’t understand something, he would kindly repeat it using different words. We were so happy to meet them. Hope to see you again on our next trip to Bulgaria!
The friendliness of the couple running this hotel. Their willingness to help me at 06.30 AM with my luggage as there is no elevator.
I booked a suite with a balcony, but I don't think it was a suite. It were 2 adjoining bedrooms with in 1 a small coffee table and 1 chair, and in the other were 2 highbacked chairs which not only didn't sit comfortably, but were extremely heavy and difficult to move to the balcony and back late evening (as there wasn't a seating arrangement on the balcony). Breakfast was OK, but pretty standard. No buffet where you can take what you want, but pre-ordered options. So all in all, a nice place but not worth 100 euros a night.

Very high humidity in the room
Owner of the hotel and his wife are very friendly people. They hosted me very nicely. The room was very clean and cossy. Wifi connection is quite good. The room was very large.
The location is only handicap.
Restaurant was closed. Poor location. Would not have stayed here had we known. Not sure which of their relatives wrote some of their reviews.
