Bruyant, impossible de dormir.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et propre. Personnel accueillant. Emplacement parfait.

Cons:

Impossible de dormir, il y a eu du passage toute la nuit dans la rue. Des gens qui parlaient et riaient très fort. Un employé en camionnette a changé les sacs des poubelles dans la rue et c'était bruyant. Et très très tôt ils installaient les stands du marché en jetant littéralement du camion les barres en métal des stands. C'était horrible, même les boules quies n'ont servi à rien, nous n'avons pas pu dormir plus d'une heure. De plus il y avait des spots dans la rue qui éclairaient la chambre, on se croyait comme en plein jour, voire pire. Et avec la canicule on étaient obligées d'ouvrir fenêtre et rideaux pour avoir un peu d'air. Bref nous n'avons pu dormir qu'une heure de temps.

Wir waren vom 1. - 2. Juli 2026 in diesem Hotel und waren rundum zufrieden.

Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Auch der Chef des Hauses hat sich sehr herzlich um die Gäste gekümmert - eine angenehme und persönliche Atmosphäre, die man heute nicht überall findet.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr gepflegt und komfortabel. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gute Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis: Die Qualität und der Service stimmen in jeder Hinsicht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Dank an das ganze Team für den schönen Aufenthalt. !

Ideale Lage für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Das Hotel inmitten der historischen Altstadt hat eine super Lage und punktet mit originell renovierten Zimmern & modernen Badezimmern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster auf den Innenhof, der sehr ruhig war. Für Leute mit einem leichten Schlaf müsste man aber vielleicht erwähnen, dass die sehr nahe Turmuhr alle Viertelstunde schlägt - und das auch nachts....
Das Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf Altstadt & Aare, welche nur ca. 50m entfernt zu erreichen ist. Und ein Aareschwumm ist im Sommer herrlich und es gibt gute Ein-u. Ausstiegsmöglichkeiten!

Cons:

Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, muss man dieses in den Parkhäusern vor der Altstadt parkieren und dafür Fr. 18.- pro 24h einrechnen. Leider gibt es keine Vergünstigungen für Hotelgäste.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber man könnte hier etwas moderner werden mit z.B. regional ausgewiesenen Produkten (Brot, Konfitüre, Käse, Obst...besonders da direkt vor dem Hoteleingang der Bauernmarkt mit Frischprodukten stattfindet;-)). Natürlich ist es nicht einfach, in historischen Gebäuden ein ansprechendes, zeitgemässes Interieur zu schaffen, aber hier wäre noch etwas Luft nach oben. (sehr alter Teppichboden im Restaurant, eine zusammengewürfelte Uhrensammlung an der Wand sowie kaputte Stuhlbezüge)

Super toll. Zentral gelegen, ein Herz von einer Seele und perfekt um Solothurn kennenzulernen.
Pros:

Ich bin super herzlichen empfangen worden und hatte am Abend einen so tollen Austausch mit einer älteren Dame aus dem Service vom Resti. Sie ist sicher ein wertvoller Teil der Seele dieses Hotels.

Cons:

Das einzige was ich bemängeln könnte, wäre der Duschvorhang. Diese Teile kann ich gar nicht leiden.

Weekend mit Freunden in der Stadt und waren sehr zufrieden mit Hotel; sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Einzige Wehrmutstropfen war die Hitze ... ein tropisches Sommer 26 Wochenende und in der Nacht war es sehr warm. Aber solche Nächte sind nicht das ganze Jahr...
