Pros:

Para min , localização, pertinho da praia de Iracema, perto da padaria, as acomodações muito boas, funcionários muito atenciosos.
Só não gostei de uma coisa, mas eu tinha um compromisso muito cedo e a funcionária não liberou o café as 6;30, mas o cafe muito bom.

Cons:

Podia ter liberado, o café cedo já que já estava para ser servido. Mas já e a terceira vez que min hospedo la, e continuarei min hospedando lá gostei muito.

Gostei bastante pela facilidade de locomoção para supermercados, restaurantes e por ficar a 5 minutos da praia de Iracema. Tudo que eu queria. ☺️Foi maravilhosa minha estadia no hotel. Recomendo! 😉

O quarto não tinha ventilação, apesar de ter ar condicionado. E tinha morfo no teto, nada muito grave, uma pintar resolve.

Quartos que fica do outro lado da ruas são todos sem ventilação no entanto qdo fechados e ar ligado ou desligado qdo vc abri as portas todos os quartos podre a mofo, não indico esses quartos do outro lado da rua não prestam estadia horrível pra quem crise de rinite e sinusite vc sai doente dai
