Beliggenhet var utmerket.Nydelig sted å tilbringe en helg.

Cons:

Vi var svært skuffet over middagen vi hadde forhåndsbestilt på lørdag kveld.Vi fikk pr tlf informasjon om en tre-retters ,og biff var på menyen.Vi fikk ikke biff.Kjøttet som ble servert var etter vår oppfatning heller kjøtt som brukes i suppe.😒Det var dessverre ikke som forventet.Forretten var ok,is til dessert smakte ikke godt.
Vi hadde bestilt frokost både lørdag og søndag.I dag ,søndag kom vi for å spise.Det var satt frem kaker/kakerester etter bryllupsfesten som hadde vært lørdag.Dette tolket vi som var kaker som alle hotellgjester kunne forsyne seg av.Men dette var tydeligvis feil,og en av våre venner ble irettesatt for å ville ta et kakestykke.Fikk beskjed om at kakene var kun til brudeparets gjester.???
Dette opptrinnet var ikke hyggelig å oppleve for oss.
Betjeningen virket stressa,lite kompetente for oppgaven,lite tilstede for gjestene.

non è possibile arrivare in macchina e questa info non è sufficientemente chiara dal sito perchè il traghetto non trasporta auto. no esiste il parcheggio vicino hotel. Per raggiungere reception c'è una salita molto ripida e quindi faticosa per chi cammina con difficoltà
Abbiamo pagato il conto del ristorante direttamente in reception, senza poter vedere i conto. Solo il giorno dopo ci siamo accorti di un errore; abbiamo chiesto chiarimenti e rimborso alla reception ma hanno detto che avrebbero fatto sapere.
per ora non abbiamo ricevuto notizie nè rimborso

Fantastiske omgivelser , historisk veldig interessant og sterkt. Kjipt hotell

Hele Oscarsborg er fantastisk

Cons:

Vi hadde m hund. Fikk et ganske kjipt rom - vi betaler 300 ekstra for hund - greit nok, men rommet var kjipt enkelt, kunne ikke lukke luftevinduet , manglet flere lyspærer, veeeeldig enkelt rom med hull i veggerog dör . Kjipt
Hunden fikk ikke väre inne noe sted - ikke i baren(!), vi kunne ikke spise inne m hund noe sted . Spiseriet reddet oss. Det burde opplyses om dette på forhånd.

Pros:

Location was beautiful and unique and the staff were friendly

Cons:

Dinner service was extremely limited and bad quality
The bar / reception was closed
The room was not serviced
The bathroom was dirty - hair in the shower traps
