Please note that guests under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa outside these hours: 13:00–16:00.

The spa opening hours are from 10:00 to 21:00.

Please note that use of the spa is not included in the room rates and carries a supplement. It is mandatory to reserve the spa time in advance of your arrival.

[Please note that the group will be considered for reservations of more than 6 rooms or 12 people. In this case, the hotel will charge 50% of the total reservation as a deposit. If cancellation is made ten days or more after the reservation is made, the deposit will not be refunded.

For weekend stays, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount to the client's card 3 days in advance.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per night applies.

At the spa, it is mandatory to wear a bathing cap and flip-flops; you can bring them or buy them there.

The hotel has bathrooms for people with ostomies in the common areas.

Payment for the stay is mandatory upon arrival at the hotel.

Children aged 0–5 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding, one per room.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Bueno lugar, mala gestión

El sitio es muy bonito. El spa está bien aunque es pequeño para tanta gente. El buffet del desayuno muy bien.

Cons:

La habitación con 3 camas casi sin espacio libre en la habitación. En una habitación eramos 2personas en cama doble y en la otra 1persona y en ambas había 3camas haciendo las habitaciones pequeñas. Una de las habitaciones olía raro. Una mezcla de humedad y poca ventilación. Las alcachofas de las duchas tienen ya unos años.... El spa está bien pero tuvimos que salirnos media hora antes de nuestra reserva porque había tanta gente adentro que estaba todo lleno. Hacen coger hora del spa y luego no gestionan cuantas personas hay dentro y como se va a poder usar.

Las instalaciones por fuera, el desayuno y la buena atención de los recepcionistas.

Cons:

Habitaciones viejas, almohadas deshechas, colchones deshechos. En el spa las camas calientes de relajación de calientes poco, la sauna similar, en una zona del baño turco como si estuvieses fuera y demasiada afluencia de gente a la hora en la que estuvimos.
