The restaurant was very good, and breakfast as well. Rooms had a good size. Staff was always friendly and welcoming

Cons:

Comfort of rooms could be improved, particularly the bed, mattress, pillows. And the windows of the bottom floor rooms need cleaning, it’s a pity we have difficulty to see out when the view is that amazing.

Great view at the hotel restaurant and terrace
Pros:

Great view from the restaurant
Enjoy the view during breakfast time

Cons:

The apartment I stayed has a little bit old.
The toilet seat cover is broken and the shower head is not well operated
Kitchen facilities such as pan is not clean

Flott beliggenhet, vi så hval fra rommet og restauranten! Vi spiste middag alle dager i restauranten med fantastisk mat! Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomt personale.

Pros:

Location was superb.

Cons:

Shower room was dark and water flooded into bathroom as door of shower wasn’t long enough.
No lift and had to use stairs . No leaflets or maps available.

Pros:

Das Ambiente, die Aussicht, die Nähe zum Fiord , einfach alles. Für mich ohne Zweifel die Beste Wahl , die ich hätte treffen können. Vom Bett aufzustehen und die Mitternachtssonne und Eisberge direkt vor der Nase zu haben, da kann kein anderes Hotel mithalten. Es war schon fast kitschig so schön war jeder einzelne Tag.
