Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sowohl gute Pizzerien als auch eine gute Eisdiele empfohlen.
There was a nice vibe about this hotel. Free drink and something to eat on arrival was welcome. Lots of information supplied on events on in town.
Unfortunately, a glass covering in the breakfast room slipped off the table when I was using it. I alerted staff so a clean up could be done. To my surprise I was charged 18EU at checkout for the breakage. I was not informed at the time this was added to my tab. Instead I was informed when I was checking out with a taxi waiting for me. Beware.

Tudo. Bem localizado. Hotel bonito, quarto limpo e organizado. Café da manhã gostoso e funcionários muito prestativos. Simon nos deixou tomar café da manhã, mesmo após o fim do horário, pois nos confundimos. Foi extremamente gentil, educado e prestativo mesmo não tenho nenhuma obrigação de nos atender fora do horário.

L'accoglienza impeccabile, purtroppo non abbiamo soggiornato dentro questo albergo per un errore con Booking, e siamo stati trasferiti in un Hotel a 4 stelle (non meritate).
la mia valutazione va alla gentilezza e alla grande attenzione per risolvere il problema.
Ci hanno offerto un aperitivo, regalato una bottiglia di prosecco, ci hanno portato in macchina fino all'altro Hotel e sono venuti a riprenderci al mattino offrendoci caffè e dolci, ci hanno inoltre consentito di lasciare la macchina nel loro parcheggio riservato.
Sicuramente il nostro punteggio sarebbe stato 10 se avessimo potuto soggiornare in questo Hotel.

hatte das Zimmer mit Terasse. Die Aussicht auf die Altstadt und den Eingang zum Mare Piccolo ist wirklich großartig. Die Einrichtung ist gediegen und zugleich voller Leichtigkeit. Ebenso das Personal: Konnte ohne Diskussion das Rennrad mit aufs Zimmer nehmen und hatte einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt.

Lovely small hotel in the Old Town with its location right amongst the locals being very entertaining. Train station is a 10 minute walk and bus stops nearby for the city centre so an ideal location. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was OK but basic and repetitive.
Tres belle rénovation d'un ancien bâtiment historique. Charme et authenticité. Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons vivement.
