Nice stay, but room service needs improvement
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there was a delay in room service. I ordered breakfast and part of the order was missing. When the missing items arrived later, no cutlery was provided, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the room service could be improved.
