Pros:

Très bon hôtel perché sur les hauteurs avec une magnifique vue sur la Corne d'Or. Bien situé : 15 minutes de la mosquée de Suleiman le magnifique, 30 minutes de la mosquée/ basilique Sainte Sophie et du palais Topkapi, 10 minutes des ferry vers la rive asiatique.
Et un +++ pour le personnel tres sympathique, pro et serviable.
Possibilité de faire un sauna.
Et la piscine est très agréable

Cons:

Le seul bémol : le bruit (prévoyez des bouchons d'oreille.
La pente est raide pour y arriver, ce qui ne convient pas à tous.

A tetőteraszról a kilátás fantasztikus! Szép, régi felújított épület. Úszómedence is szuper. Nagyon finom reggeli, nagyon jó, metróközeli, kompközeli lokáció, közel, sétatávra sok látnivalóhoz.

Cons:

Nincs olyan. A magasra menetel kilátást ad és nyugalmat.

Очень хорошее местоположение, трёхместный номер просторный (28м) в доп. здании, вкусные завтраки. Потрясающий вид с веранды, где проходили завтраки, не надо подниматься на смотровые площадки. Отель находится в старом городе, вы погружаетесь в атмосферу старого Стамбула, рядом восточный базар.

Cons:

Шумно. Постельное белье и полотенца очень "уставшие".

Ich und meiner waren zusammen und empfehle es einfach weiter,weil es einfach super war.

Einfach alles, es war super. Die familiäre Atmosphäre einfach sehr wohltuend. Es hat uns sehr gut getan, die Arbeiter(in) , der Hotel Besitzer, so ein toller Mensch man hat sich einfach total wie im eigenem zu Hause wohl gefühlt. Die alle haben sich so toll um uns gekümmert. Bin begeistert von (Tuba) eine beschäftigte, die so fleißig war jedesmal gefragt hat ob wir was benötigen. Dann habe ich noch die Semra ( beschäftigte) kennengelernt die auch ganz lieb und respektvoll war. Den Emre auch ein Beschäftigter hat sich auch super mit uns gekümmert.

The view alone, together with the feeling of lightness and peace you experience while sitting there, is already a perfect reason to choose this hotel. But there is so much more…

Imagine starting your morning with a wonderful Turkish-style breakfast, overlooking the beautiful city, and being welcomed by the smile of one of the hotel’s lovely staff members. Her smile is priceless. Every morning, I was surrounded by the incredible beauty of this place, made even brighter by the kindness and warmth of this young lady.

I also cannot forget to mention Emre and Tamer. They are truly wonderful people — friendly, cheerful, caring, and always ready to share both happy moments and help when something is not going perfectly.

My birthday happened to fall during my stay at the hotel, and when the staff sang a birthday song for me in the morning, I was so touched that I almost cried with happiness. It was such a beautiful and unforgettable moment.

When you arrive at this hotel, be prepared to become part of a warm, friendly, and caring family. The hospitality here comes from the heart.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Thank you for making my stay in Istanbul so special!

Overall it was a good place to stay. I would stay here again in the future.
Pros:

The location is excellent. There are local shops for amenities, restaurants, and access to public transport within 5 minutes walk. Breakfast by the swimming pool was wonderful. The view from the rooftop was exceptional. Staff members were all friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The sink is too small and it's quite hard to open the apartment door. The bathroom could be cleaner.

I enjoyed the hotel a lot and the staff we very helpful and friendly. Especially Temur.
Pros:

Loved the view and the roof top sitting out area. It was great space to chill out and enjoy the view after a busy tourist day

Cons:

Towels are abit old and would suggest replacing them. The pillows are all hard.

El servicio, muy muy atento y el señor más mayor muy amable. La ubicación muy útil. Las vistas Impresionantes.

La puerta de la habitación no se abría bien, necesita un poco de mantenimiento pero el hombre de recepción subía siempre a abrirnos. La ubicación está céntrica aunque el barrio da un poco de mal rollo según por donde subas.

AVOID - BED BUG INFESTATION!

There was a pool, and a deck that had a good view overlooking the city.

BED BUGS
After we had already been staying for a few days we found live bed bugs on the bed headboard and curtains in the room and had to get all of our clothes thoroughly cleaned and washed, and inspect all of our belongings when we left. This is completely unacceptable, and has obviously been a problem at this hotel for some time without them resolving the infestation at all. The curtains let in all of the morning sunlight so not good for a sleep in. The room walls were dirty and broken in places, and holes had not been fixed properly. There was no plug so the bath couldn’t be used, and there was a water leak under the sink.
The pool was not clean and the breakfast buffet was disappointing and got very crowded every morning.
Our taxi to and from the hotel couldn’t reach it due to it being up a very steep hill and on a badly maintain road - this also made getting back to the hotel by foot each day exhausting and would not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility.

Excellent stay
Pros:

River view is amazing both from the room and the terrace. Excellent location, close to all transports (metro, tram, and bus), and within easy walking distance of the old town. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff.
