Pros:

Enkel incheckning.

Cons:

Kunde varit bättre information om att renovering pågick och att det inte fanns hiss. Sällskapet bestod av äldre med tunga väskor. Lyhört. Alldeles för dyrt för att få checka in någon timme tidigare. Fanns inte bagagerum vid incheckningen.

A miserable and expensive experience that presents a terrible advert for the city of Copenhagen

The location was good and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

The room did not look onto a courtyard as promised, but onto a busy street at the junction of a very busy road, which was noisy all night long. The windows provided no sound insulation. On arrival, access to the room was prevented due to being sent an incorrect validation code for the digital key: my subsequent phone call for assistance was dealt with in a rude and offhand manner. The entrance area to the hotel was like a building sited not welcoming. Building materials and building waste were on open display. Facilities in the room amounted to just a hair dryer. There were no tea or coffee making facilities and not even a glass in the bathroom for teeth cleaning. There was only a single bath towel provided - no small towel for hand washing and the bath towel had a stain on it.

Pros:

Ikke særligt meget.

Cons:

Besværligt at komme ind med elektronisk dørlås.
Engelsk betjening,tv’et virkede ikke og værelset lå ikke om til gården som ellers lovet.
Ingen Wifi , infernalsk larm om natten fra gaden,
Kommer aldrig tilbage.

Do yourself a favor, don’t book this!
Pros:

By far one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. First, the hotel is under complete construction, secondly, the room is not even close to being clean, and third, the room have a distinct smell of smoke. Combine all of this with a hotel that is looking and feeling like you’re in a warzone.

Do yourself a favor, don’t book this hotel, you could rather save your money and sleep in a tent.

Der manglede håndklæder på værelset.
Reservationen var ikke bekræftet og det skabte en masse bøvl både da jeg skulle checke ind og også da jeg skulle tjekke ud.

Beliggenheden er god.

Cons:

Det har været et utroligt dårligt ophold. Dårlig oplevelse med check-in, hvor jeg fik nøglekort til et værelse der allerede var i brug, ingen kunne hjælpe. Ekstremt lydt, en værelseslampe der ikke ville slukke helt og ingen natlampe.

Kunne ikke komme ind. Ingen kontakt på tlf. Fik tilfældig hjælp af anden gæst med at komme ind. Virkelig dårlig og rodet indtjekning. Ingen personale overhovedet. Det føltes usikkert at opholde sig i bygningen; meget lydt, skæv, mærkelig høje trappetrin som om ingen ting passede sammen. Lyskontakt i stykker. Kloaklugt på badeværelse. Meget ulækkert gulvtæppe.
Sengetøjet var rent🤗 og sengen ok.
Jeg kommer ikke igen.
