Pros:

Excelente atención del personal, sobretodo los chicos de la recepción, resuelven todas las inquietudes. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de praia brava y forno, a 4 cuadras del centro. Lugar con mucho verde y tranquilidad.

Cons:

La tv podría ser más grande y tener más canales, alguno en español y contar con apps. No es mucho tiempo que se pasa en la habitación, pero el que se pasa estaría mejor.

Todo. Muy buena ubicación, Francisco demasiado amable y atento, nos trató super bien, nos explicó todo acerca del hospedaje y las ubicaciones. No tengo quejas de nada. Planeando regresar!!!

Todo Super bien! Tuvimos un pequeño incidente en la habitación pero su capacidad de resolución y gestión fue excelente!

Ataque das formigas
Cons:

Fomos passear e quando voltamos, o quarto estava infestado de formigas grandes. A solução proposta pela recepção foi varrer o quarto e nos fazer dormir com cheiro de inseticida.

Cumplió mis expectativas!
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación y el trato del personal a cargo, especialmente la amabilidad de don Joelson. Un tipazo !! Amable, simpàtico, ejecutivo y muy emoàtico!

Cons:

Ótima localização por se encontrar próximo a rua das pedras(+/-10 minutos a pé), atendimento de qualidade, funcionários cordiais, ambiente confortável, limpo e aconchegante. Além disso proporcionam aos hóspedes um pequeno bar dentro das instalações com música ao vivo agradável.

Cons:

O hotel não oferece estacionamento, tendo que deixar o carro fora das instalações, além disso o o café da manhã é cobrado a parte. Como não oferecem estacionamento, poderiam disponibilizar o café da manhã incluso na diária.

La struttura era abbastanza buona, colazione ok, camere spaziose

Cons:

Mi dispiace ma devo fare questo appunto per SCONSIGLIARE agenzia Santi Tour.
Tramite un operatore dell'hotel, abbiamo comprato un boat trip con agenzia "Santi tour" con cui abbiamo avuto una spiacevolissima disavventura (tour pagato ma non effettuato), senza ricevere alcun rimborso.
