Camera in seminterrato, nessuna pulizia giornaliera o cambio biancheria, personale assente, camera poco pulita.

Cons:

Nella hall non esiste nemmeno un telefono di emergenza. Una persona si è chiusa fuori dalla stanza e le ho dovuto prestare il mio telefono per chiamare lo staff.

Great stay
Pros:

Clean, big apartment with everything, convenient, good location, staff reachable by phone if they are not there (we had issues with the check in and later with the cards and they solved immediately)
