La calidad de atención del la Srta Rosario y el personal.
La transmisión de la TV solo NETFLIX Y YOUTUBE no hay mas y si los pones no se ven por que el internet no llega muy bien a la habitación.
Pedi servicio a la habitación y solo efectivo por el internet
Esos dos puntos como sea pero que no llegue el internet al 100 y sea muy intermitente es algo difícil si lo piensas ocupar para trabajar o tomar alguna junta online
Fuera de eso si solo llegas a dormir esta relativamente bien ya que el aire es algo ruidoso pero con el cansancio dejas de escucharlo
En general bien si buscas solo llegar a dormir, si estar un rato en la habitación, tirarte en la cama a ver una peli, refugiarte del calor o trabajar un rato, no resulta muy bien
Excellent food at the restaurant. I ate there several times. I mostly had very good service and over the week got to know some of the great people who worked there.
One (and only one) staff member of the restaurant was actually rude. He followed me to my room after lunch one day to accuse me of not paying and demanding I sign something, when I thought I had (I signed what was given to me and thought I was signing it to my room, but he said I didn't do it right). I'd eaten there several times already and paid every time. I was a guest at the hotel, I wasn't going to run away! I'm not sure why he thought it was a good idea to come after me like that. Rude and actually a little bit scary, TBH

The room walls were a little rough looking. Cracks and dirty stains on the walls.
The location was great and you were able to walk to many restaurants and bars. It was 1 block from the beach, and the staff was super friendly. Would recommend.
The beds were a little on the hard side for me. I also did not see any parking on the property.

Bueno pues a mí no me gustó que para tener luz tenga que tener la tarjeta activada o que solamente nos den una tarjeta porque si nos salíamos pues no podíamos dejar tipo celulares cargando .
Cuando hice mi reservación No leí que era con alberca salada y la alberca pues está muy cerquitas de la recepción y el restaurante no tiene nada de privacidad si hubiera estado en la parte de atrás estaría mejor
This hotel denied my stay because I have a service dog. They broke Mexico service thug laws along with Puerto Vallarta service dog laws.
I didn’t know that these people had cold hearts, and would put somebody out on the street. Just for having a disability with a service dog.
The location was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was lovely having outdoor seating for rest breaks from the heat! The room was so clean and refreshed every day!
It would have been wonderful to have a ceiling fan or air conditioning at bedtime. The room got too hot during the sleeping hours. It would have been wonderful to have a refrigerator to keep water cold.

La cercanía al malecón, la limpieza, la amabilidad de los de restaurante
No sirvió el teléfono de mi habitación lo reporte y nunca lo repararon solo se lo llevaron y no tuve forma de pedir room service . Las señoritas de recepción muy amables, llegue antes del check-in y una de ellas me iba a hacer el favor de darme habitación pero el tipo que estaba con ella no le permitió, pase 4 horas en el sol gracias a ese tipo.
