The room was spacious and the bathroom had hot and cold
The AC didn't get very cold the bed was on the verge of breaking and the mattress was so soft it left me with back pain.

la ubicación es bien estrategica, todo cerca en el centro de san ignacio, la verdad que eso te ayuda un monton al momento de buscar donde comer, o consultar algo referente al tema turismo.
la verdad que es hotel esta bastante descuidado, y antiguo, creo que su mayor valor es el tema de su ubicación, por lo demas no esperen tanto en temas de comodidad, la cama bastante dura y el baño muy basico,
The location was in their "downtown" area and easily walkable to many places.
Bathrooms were a little smaller than I'm used to, but not a deal breaker.

Pool at sister property was broken, but no big issue. The day trip to ATM caves more than made up for it
Lo único bueno es el personal que es muy amable y la ubicación. Te dan agua. La posibilidad de ir a la piscina de otro hotel que tienen los mismos dueños es muy buena. Ese hotel es lindo, está a 700 mt.
Las fotos que figuran no creo que sean de éste hotel, no tienen nada que ver con el lugar. El hotel es básico, de mal gusto y mal mantenido. La habitación doble estándar es fea, la cama está sobre una esquina por lo que es incómodo acceder para una de los huéspedes. Los baños no tienen ventana, pero si extractor. Las paredes no están mantenidas y no es un lugar estético. . El colchón era incómodo. Me decepcionó porque la idea era finalizar el viaje en un lindo hotel y no lo fue.

Ze reageren daar verder niet op.
Daarnaast was de kamer van de eerste nacht niet schoon. De lakens waren gebruikt, stonken naar mensen, lange zwarte haren en vieze vlekken. De badkamer was niet schoongemaakt en zat vol tandpasta in de douche en allerlei andere dingen. Ze zeiden dat ze maar 1 schoonmaakster hadden de dag daarvoor waardoor ze misschien iets vergeten waren. We mochten van kamer wisselen.

Small border town not much to see here
Location excellent, staff member Danny was friendly and helpfull. The other two ladies wasn't friendly nor helpfull.
I didn't like that i didn't got the queen bed and room that i booked. My wife was very disappointed. We didn't had a pleasant stay. So i rated Venus hotel 5 out of 10. This is my first disappointment booking a room through booking.com. I hope that i do not have to experience this again.
