Pros:

La ubicacion y la comodidad, la habitacion era muy fresca y la mantuvieron limpia. Se nota la dedicacion del personal de mantenimiento. En general elpersonal es muy atento y el check out fue muy sencillo tomando en cuenta que tuve que salir del hotel a las 5 AM y lo pude hacer sin problemas ni retrasos.

Cons:

Tuve unos inconvenientes con la validacion de mi tarjeta para hacer el pago al llegar y la persona que me recibio en recepcion "no entendia" lo que yo le estaba explicando en espanol. Sin embargo al dia sigueinte escuche a esa persona hablando en perfecto espanol con otro empelado del hotel. Eso me resulto bastante incomodo.

But besides that little situation wt the security my stay was good. Wasn't my 1st stay there

Excellent location. Accessible to the marketplace restaurant nite spots

Cons:

Was in a rush due to having an event to attend. Did not remember my license plate number so was not given d paper to show d security at the parking lot. Therefore he was a bit rude when we didnt provide

Good location, bad WiFi
Pros:

Good location, close to restaurants and tour excursions. Rooms cleaned well every day.

Cons:

The WiFi did not extent to our room so we were only able to use it in reception which was very annoying
Our safe was not functional as well, the receptionist tried to get it to work but was not able to.
