Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation.
Reservations are paid in Colombian Pesos and final value depends on exchange rate. Payment can be settled in US Dollars, with exchange rate to be confirmed upon payment.

Me gustó la atención del personal, todos muy amables, buena comida y zona segura
Justo él dia que llegamos hubo un problema con la turbiedad del agua, solicite ayuda en la recepción y nos supieron indicar que era debido a un cambio de tubería que estaba haciendo la ciudad, investigué en Internet y justo había sido unas horas antes, asi que no era problema del hotel, lo supe entender y esperé que pase, ya en un par de horas todo se solucionó, el personal fue muy amable al explicarnos y entendernos. Con todo lo sucedido si volvería a hospedarme ahí en una próxima ocasión.

The accommodations for us and our pets was excellent. The staff and the management was very helpful and accommodating. The Manager, in particular, was very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend Aloft Bogotá when traveling with family pets.

EL WIFI SE CAE MUCHO, ESTABA VIENDO UNA PELICULA Y NO PUDE TERMINARLA PORQUE YA NO FUNCIONO MAS EL INTERNET, NO TENIAN DIPONIBLES KITS DE CEPILLO Y PASTA DENTAL, EN LA HABITACION HABIA UNA PUERTA QUE NO SE A DONDE DABA PORQUE ESTABA CERRADA CON SEGURO.
Cet hôtel correspond à nos attentes: le personnel est toujours aussi sympathique; les chambres sont grandes et propres; le petit déjeuner-buffet est très varié et le meilleur que l'on est eu en Colombie. La navette aéroport-hôtel est gratuite et ponctuelle. Il y a des commerces et restaurants à proximité ainsi que l'un des terminaux des bus Transmilenio.

En las habitaciones hace mucho calor
La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de comercios y el centro comercial Nuestro Bogotá. Además, muy cerca del aeropuerto. El transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto, fantástico. Que guarden las maletas luego del checkout: lo máximo! Desayuno variado, abundante y delicioso.
En la ducha, colocaría una repisa para colocar algunos utensilios de baño. Solo eso. Todo fantástico. Siempre que puedo me alojo allí 🥰
