Le personnel était très agréable, toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions et nous aider. LA chambre est toute simple mais très propre, ils changent même le rideau de la douche. Les lits sont confortables. Dehors de la chambres ils mettent tous les matins du café à disposition. Un frigo hors de la chambre est également disponible et une cuisinière. Ils proposent également des circuits, cela nous a beaucoup aidé et les prix sont abordable (dollars) parfois même moins cher que d'autres agence à proximité. Nous avons apprécié ce séjour. De plus ils proposent également de nous chercher à l'aéroport et nus ramener pour environ 90 dollars.

It is a great hotel according to its price. I really liked the location, super centric, easy to find and really good customer service if you need anything.

Cons:

Room was hot and stuffy - 'courtyard view' was a view of their Landry facility which blew hot air into my room. Toilet was pushed against the wall and like an after thought. They were really strict with visitors which is unreadable as I am paying for the use of the room, and it isn't in their policies. Wouldn't stay here again

Genial unicación pero Trato muy Justo

Cons:

Las normas del alijamiento no son nada flexibles. Pedimos a las 7:30am poder abrir ambas puertas de la entrada para sacar bien las maletas y nos dijeron que hasta las 8am no se podía abrir.., sin comentarios.

Lugar bonito la ubicación céntrica pero no respetan los precio de la app

Que me cobraron más cuando estaba haciendo el cheking le mostré a la señorita el precio en la app de booking a lo que ella me dijo que el precio es dollares y que ellos cobraron a 7.80 el dollar y al hacer la conversión a quetzales a lo que tuve que pagar
