Perfect location, very central, right across the street from supermarket and walking street. Restaurants in the close proximity.

Cons:

It was difficult to arrange the cleaning. We stayed in 2 rooms for 4 nights, one of the rooms was cleaned once, another not at all, as we were apparently too late to leave the room (10am), so that the cleaning staff was off.

Hotel na super místě, v centru města, 15 minut pěšky od jezera Jasna. Vyloženě nadchnul bazén v sesterském hotelu Ramada Resort, vzdáleném cca 300 metrů. Výborná snídaně a balkon na pokoji.

Cons:

Body strhávám za absenci klimatizace, ale byla smůla, že jsme byli v místě zrovna v době největších veder kolem 38 stupňů, v průběhu roku to asi nevadí. Horší byla nefunkčnost televize a nemožnost dostat se na balkon přes rozloženou skládací pohovku pro třetí osobu. Museli jsme trochu improvizovat a vstup na balkon připomínal opičí dráhu.

Skvělá poloha uprostřed města, výborná snídaně.

Cons:

Staré a částečně rozbité vybavení pokoje, bazén byl v jiném hotelu. Výtah byl mimo provoz. Na pokoji chyběla konvice a skleničky. Celkově bych od tak drahého hotelu čekala víc.

Property was in great location, central to everything and accessible.

Cons:

Not enough place to park outside the property. We had to park our car on another car park but it was free.

Also, other facilities such as swimming pool, sauna etc are at the other property (walking distance) but not ideal.

Goed ontbijt, prima locatie

Cons:

Kamer voor drie personen is te krap en niet ingericht voor drie personen. Balkondeur kan niet open als slaapbank is uitgeklapt, van alles (glazen, handdoeken, stoelen etc.) maar twee stuks aanwezig. Onvoldoende stopcontacten en op onhandige plekken.

Parking byl za mały na ilość samochodów która chciała tam parkować. Na szczęście obsluga oferowała inny parking.

Wspaniały pobyt, który przerósł nasze oczekiwania! Hotel oferuje najwyższy standard obsługi i idealne warunki do pełnego relaksu.
* Wyśmienite śniadania: Bufet śniadaniowy to prawdziwa uczta – ogromny wybór świeżych, wysokiej jakości produktów, pyszna kawa.
