Fantastic staff, good hotel, great location!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and they helped us find a "secret" parking space even though the main lot was full - this was much appreciated! They told us about the swimming pool at their sister hotel which we were able to enjoy. Very nice breakfast as well, and the location is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a few nights in Kranjska Gora!

Tired, lacking in everything except the breakfast.

The location is great.

Cons:

Staff attitude was not good, from reception to breakfast staff. As for cleaning, on both mornings of our stay glasses/beer bottles were left on an outdoor table right at the entrance. We’d seen them the night. Wrote and they’re still there after breakfast!!!!! This hotel is also in desperate need of a makeover or a serious reduction in the rate they charge. Only one power outlet.
