Clean hotel but facilities could be better.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly but everything seemed very minimalist. Eg, on arrival, several bulbs in lights weren't just blown - they were missing. They were replaced very promptly when we enquired. The bed had 2 duvet covers. We had to locate and insert the duvets! Not what you want after a long journey. There was no tea/ coffee making facilities whatever on the room. You could of course purchase them from the bar. Finally, very limited storage. No drawers and a number of shelves, mostly open. Only 3 clothes hangers. On the bright side, well located on edge of town with everything in easy walking distance. Staff throughout were excellent. Very clean.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt Zentral in Kranjska Gora. Man konnte zu Fuß die kleine Innenstadt sowie nach einem kleinen Spaziergang See Jasna erreichen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und ausreichend.

Pros:

Hotel accogliente, posizione ottima, molto pulito.

Cons:

Due cose non ci sono piaciute: la ventola del bagno non funzionava, e il personale alla colazione non ha saputo elencare gli allergeni. Inoltre alla richiesta di avere un caffè decaffeinato, ci è stato risposto che non era incluso nella colazione e avremmo dovuto pagarlo a parte al bar.
